When preparing the solution, add each drug in the order of Table 4 and Table 5. When the previous drug is completely dissolved, add the next drug. The prepared developer should be stored in a sealed container and placed at room temperature for 12 hours before use, but the solution should not be used for more than 48 hours. 5.1.5 Density measurement and characteristic curve drawing
The density should be the national standard visual diffuse density. Measure the density of the processed sample, and draw the characteristic curve with the density value as the vertical coordinate and the logarithm of the exposure as the horizontal
coordinate, as shown in the figure. 5.1.6 Calculation of photographic performance index values
ZB G 81007—89
Photographic characteristic curve
5.1.6.1 Fog density
Calculated by subtracting the optical density of the undeveloped and fixed sample from the optical density of the unexposed sample after development and fixation. 5.1.6.2 Sensitivity
Draw the characteristic curve according to 5.1.5, and calculate the sensitivity by multiplying the reciprocal of the exposure H corresponding to point M on the characteristic curve by 3. The density at point M is equal to the base density plus the fog density (the two are collectively called the minimum density Dmin) JI1.0. The sensitivity is calculated according to formula (1): St.o
wherein* Si.0-
sensitivity of the film,
Hn--the amount of sudden light corresponding to the reference density point M for calculating the sensitivity, Ix·s ;3--the coefficient for measuring the sensitivity.
5.1.6.3 Contrast coefficient
The contrast coefficient is the slope of the straight line on the characteristic curve, and is calculated according to formula (2): Wherein. Contrast coefficient #
p= tga
The tangent value of the angle α between the extension line of the straight line of the characteristic curve and the horizontal axis. (1)
5.1.6.4 Maximum density
ZB G 8100789
The maximum density is the density of the highest point on the straight line of the characteristic curve. If the density of this point exceeds 3.2, it is recorded as Dma>3.2.5.2 Determination of uniformity
According to the method specified in ZBG80001.
5.3 Determination of resolution
According to the method specified in GB9045.
5.4 Determination of melting point of emulsion layer
According to the method specified in GB6843.
5.5 Optical density of film base
Take a section of sample and measure it after removing the emulsion layer with protease or 5% sodium hydroxide solution. The measurement points shall not be less than 5, and the results shall be averaged.
5.6 Determination of fixation transparency time
Take a section of sample and place it in D-1 fixer at a temperature of 20±3℃, stir it slightly, and start counting the time until the emulsion layer becomes transparent.
5.7 Determination of film size
Carry out according to the method specified in HG7-1350.
5.8 Performance inspection
