Appearance quality There shall be no rust on the outer surface, no paint and mechanical damage on the reference surface, and no loosening of the terminal. 6.4 DC resistance The difference in DC resistance of the stator two-phase winding shall not exceed 2%6.5 Insulation resistance Under the working environment, the insulation resistance value of the winding to the substrate and between the two phases of the stator winding shall not be less than 500k2. High temperature After the high temperature test of the sample, the insulation resistance value of the winding to the substrate and between the two phases of the stator measured in the box shall not be less than 300k2.2 6.7 Low temperature JB/T3586-9 After the low temperature test of the sample, the copper conductor and the insulation layer shall not be allowed to crack. 6.8 Moisture resistance After the moisture resistance test, the insulation resistance of the winding to the base plate and the stator phases should not be less than 200k2, and there should be no obvious rust on the surface. 6.9 Peel strength The peel strength between the conductor and the insulation layer is not less than 0.9kg/cm 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and others 7.1 Marking 7.1.1 The product should have a product number. 7.1.2 All products shipped out of the factory shall be accompanied by a product certificate, which shall at least include: a) product model and specifications; b) product name: c) product number: d) manufacturer name: e) manufacturer address: f) insulation resistance: g) accuracy test results; h) conclusion that the product has passed the inspection: i) signature of the inspector and tester; i) technical inspection stamp: k) date of shipment. 7.1.3 The outer surface of the product packaging shall have a moisture-proof mark and shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB191. 7.2 Packaging 7.2.1 The product packaging must be firm, reliable, and not susceptible to moisture to ensure that the product is not damaged during storage and transportation. 7.2.2 The transport packaging mark and the accompanying documents shall comply with the relevant provisions of ZBY003. 7.3 Transport During transportation, the packaged products should be protected from collision and knocking, and are strictly prohibited from being stored together with acids, alkalis and other corrosive items. 7.4 Storage The products should be stored in a well-ventilated warehouse, and the air should not contain corrosive gases. 7.5 Warranty Period If the user unit stores and uses the products correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's operating and maintenance instructions, the manufacturer shall ensure that the products can work normally within 18 months from the date of shipment.
