This standard has the following changes compared with the original standard JB/T4305.1--92: 1 The original standard name "Technical Requirements for Industrial Washing Machines" was changed to "Industrial Washing Machines". 2 The content of the instruction manual was added to Chapter 1 of the original standard. 3 The reference standard "JB4305.2--92 Industrial Washing Machine Safety Requirements" in Chapter 2 of the original standard was changed to "GB17202-1997 Industrial Electric Washing Machine Safety Requirements".
4 Added Chapter 3 "Definitions".
Added 4.1.5 Contents of industrial washing machines classified by heating method. 5
Added 3.2.1 industrial washing machine specifications *60kg, 80kg, 90kg in the original standard. ”6
According to GB17202 "Safety Requirements for Industrial Electric Washing Machines", the volume ratio has been specified, so the volume ratio in 3.3 of the original standard has been cancelled. In the original standard, 3.5 was added with "wherein the variable frequency speed regulation derivative code is F" and the content of 6 in the model. 8
Modified the wear performance index of the standard test gauze in 4.4 of the original standard. 9
10Modified the moisture performance index of the fabric in 4.5 of the original standard. 11 In the original standard, 4.8 "Energy consumption ratio of industrial washing machine washing per kilogram of fabric The ratio of electricity consumption, steam consumption and water consumption of the consumed electricity, steam consumption and water consumption of the consumed steam, ... its energy consumption ratio should not be greater than..." was changed to "Energy consumption The electricity consumption, steam consumption and water consumption of industrial washing machines for washing each kilogram of fabric, ... its electricity consumption, steam consumption and water consumption should not be greater than...", and the performance indicators were modified. The energy consumption indicator of electric heating was added.
12 The original standard 4.10.4 was cancelled.
13 The original standard 5.2 added "single-phase electric energy meter and steam flow meter for test instruments". 14 In the original standard, 6.1.1..… must be inspected according to items 1, 9, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16 specified in Table 7” was changed to “…- must be inspected according to items specified in Table 7 No. 1, 14, 15, 18, 19, 21, 23, 24, 32, 33”. 15 In the original standard, 6.1.1. Table 7 “JB4305.2 Industrial Washing Machine Safety Requirements” was changed to “GB17202 Industrial Electric Washing Machine Safety Requirements”; Table 7 “Nature of Defects” was added. 16 The provisions of the instruction manual in Chapter 8 were added.
17 7.2.3 of the original standard was cancelled.
18 Appendix A4.2 of the original standard “the amount of water according to the nominal water bath ratio in the manufacturer’s instruction manual” was changed to “the amount of water according to the water bath ratio provided by the manufacturer”.
Appendix to this standard Appendix A and Appendix B are both appendices of the standard. This standard will replace JB/T4305.192 from the date of implementation. The transition period of this standard is recommended to be 6 months. :This standard is proposed and managed by Guangzhou Electrical Science Research Institute.
