Some standard content:

National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Health standard for electric field in the work enyironmentSubject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the maximum allowable value of power frequency electric field in the workplace and its test method. This standard applies to power workers and live workers who are exposed to electric fields in AC power transmission systems. 2 Health requirements
The maximum allowable value of power frequency electric field in the workplace for 8h is 5kV/m. GB16203—1996
2.1 When it is necessary to enter a place where the maximum allowable value is exceeded or the contact time is extended due to work needs, effective protective measures should be taken. 2.2 Live workers should operate in a "fully enclosed" shielding device or wear shielding clothing including the face. 3 Test methods
For the test methods of this standard, please refer to Appendix A (supplement). Supervision and implementation
Health and epidemic prevention agencies at all levels are responsible for supervising the implementation of this standard. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on April 3, 1996, and implemented on September 1, 1996
GB16203-1996
Appendix A
Power frequency electric field test method
(Supplement)
A1 This method uses a high-sensitivity spherical (ball diameter is 12 cm) dipole field strength meter for testing. When testing: the distribution of ground field strength in the workplace should be included, and representative point selection tests should be carried out according to the working method and the regular working operation location.
A2 Main performance of field strength meter
Measurement range: 0.003~100kV/m.
The measurement range of other types of field strength meters should ensure a minimum limit of 1/10~1/100 of 5kV/m. A3 Principle
The spherical dipole field strength meter consists of two conductive hemispheres, which are electrically connected through a measuring device including an amplifier and a display. When it is placed in a uniform electric field and the separation plane of the spherical surface is perpendicular to the electric field, the current I passing through the two hemispheres is:
I=5 yuan 60·w·+zE·β
Where: Eo——the dielectric constant of vacuum; w—angular frequency;
r——dipole radius;
E—electric field strength;
β-coefficient related to the inhomogeneity of the electric field. β= 1 -
Where: h—the distance between the measuring point and the charge. A4 Calibration
The field strength meter is calibrated in a uniform electric field generated by parallel plate electrodes with a diameter of 3m and an inter-electrode distance of 1m. A5 Measurement method
(A1)
·(A2)
Ground field strength is to measure the electric field strength at a height of 1.5m from the ground. The measurement site should be relatively flat and free of extra objects. The size of objects that cannot be removed and their relative position to the line should be recorded, and the field strength at different distances from the object should be measured. When measuring in a substation, the safety regulations for working near high-voltage equipment should be followed. Environmental conditions; temperature 0~40℃, relative humidity <60%. 136
