The meandering amplitude B1 and the deviation B2 of the transporter are measured when the transporter passes through a 20m section. Go back and forth twice. As shown in Figure 1. 13
6.2 Minimum turning radius
JB/T6459—92
Figure 1 Straight-line driving test
The truck is in a standard no-load running state, the steering wheel is at the maximum turning angle position, the steering wheel remains stationary, and turns one circle in the front left, front right, rear left, and rear right directions at the minimum stable speed. Use the water spray needle installed on the outermost (inner) side of the vehicle body to spray water on the road surface to draw the trajectory of the turning radius of the outer (inner) side of the vehicle body, and measure the turning radius to take the maximum value. 6.3 Steering wheel steering force
The truck is in a standard no-load running state, slowly turn the steering wheel, and the steering wheel moves from the straight-line driving position to the maximum turning angle position. Measure the steering force on the steering wheel. Perform once in each direction and take the maximum value during the steering process. 6.4 Measure the maximum speed of each gearwwW.bzxz.Net
The truck is in a standard no-load and standard load running state, and the speed control pedal is placed in the gear position to be tested and drives straight. For stepless speed regulation forklifts, only the maximum running speed is measured. Determine the time it takes to pass through a 50m section at a stable speed, and take the average value of two round trips. The driving speed is calculated according to formula 1:
Where: V driving speed, km/h;
L-measurement section distance, m;
t-time to pass through the measurement section, s. 6.5 Climbing test
The truck is in a standard load running state, passes through the 3m preparatory section before the slope at a speed of not less than 2km/h, and then climbs the slope. It is allowed to gradually accelerate to the highest speed gear on the slope and climb over the specified slope. During the climbing process, the working voltage, current, and temperature rise should meet the requirements of the driving motor.
6.6 Braking performance test
The truck is in a standard no-load running state, running in a straight line at the maximum stable speed. The driver uses the foot brake for emergency braking, and measures the distance from the truck position to the parking position at the moment the driver steps on the brake pedal. When the initial braking speed is not equal to the value in Table 4, use formula 2 for correction. s=s.
Where: S is the corrected braking distance,
S. Specified braking distance,
V—actual initial velocity,
V. Specified initial velocity,
6.7 Slope parking test
km/h.
The truck is in a standard load state, and the handbrake is tightened with no more than 450N to stop on the specified slope. After stopping, observe for 5 minutes, turn the forklift 180° and try again in the same way. 6.8 Sliding test
JB/T6459—92
When the truck is unloaded and runs steadily at an initial velocity of 15km/h for 20m, cut off the power supply to make the truck slide in a straight line, measure the distance from the sliding starting point to the parking space, and take the average value of four round trips. When the initial sliding speed is not equal to 15km/h, use formula 3 to convert: V
Where: S—corrected sliding distance,
V—actual initial sliding speed,
6.9 Vehicle exterior noise test
km/h.
The maximum noise outside the vehicle shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB1496 on tractor test methods. 6.10 Maximum lifting speed test
When the truck is in a standard load state, measure the time for the fork to pass through the middle 2m stroke (for a truck with a lifting height of 2m, pass through the middle 1.5m stroke) when the hydraulic reversing valve is fully opened, and calculate the average lifting speed. 6.11 Maximum descent speed test
When the truck is in a standard load state, lift the load to the maximum lifting height position and stop it, measure the average speed of the fork to pass through the 2m stroke when the hydraulic reversing valve is fully opened.
6.12 Fork sliding down and mast self-tilt angle test The truck is in a standard load state, the handbrake is tightened, the load is raised to a height of 1m above the ground, the reversing valve is closed and it is still for 10 minutes, and the fork sliding down and the change in mast tilt angle after another 10 minutes are measured. 6.13 Overload test
a.. The truck is overloaded by 10%, and it is lifted at a medium speed for 3 times. The mast is tilted back to the maximum position, and the fork is lifted about 300mm from the ground and moves forward and backward five times each. Observe whether the mast system and hydraulic system are normal; b. The truck is overloaded by 25%, the mast is lifted vertically, and the lifting height of the fork is measured; c. The truck mast is vertical, the fork is lifted to the highest position, the reversing valve is closed, and the 125% test load is slowly placed on the fork and kept for 10 minutes.
