Ministry of Chemical Industry January 22, 1994 Revision Notes This standard was organized by the Chemical Process Piping Design Technology Center of the Ministry of Chemical Industry and revised on the basis of the "Series of Dimension Selection of Seamless and Welded Steel Pipes for Chemical Piping" (HGJ35-90) standard. The number was changed to HG20553-93 as a technical document to guide the design of chemical piping. The contents of this standard include: scope of application; related standards: steel pipe categories and commonly used steel grades: steel pipe outer diameter specifications and compilation instructions. "This standard was compiled by Zhang Zhenhua of the Chemical Process Piping Design Technology Center of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, and reviewed by Tang Shixuan, Zheng Maoding, and Xia Dekai. This standard is compiled in accordance with relevant domestic and foreign standards, and combined with the specific situation of my country's current chemical steel pipes and steel pipe production. Steel outer diameter and wall thickness This standard has three series, and all kinds of steel pipes in Table 3 are applicable. 1. The a series series is the preferred series, as the basic series of steel pipes for chemical piping in the future. The outer diameter of the steel pipe is equivalent to IS:4200's "Schedule Number" (English is Schedule Number, abbreviated as Sch. No.). The size and theoretical calculation of the steel pipe are shown in Table 1.1-1. The thickness value of the steel pipe in Table 4.1-1 is basically rounded by ANSTn36.10, and then the corresponding wall thickness value in ISO221 is taken. The dimensions and theoretical weight of the diameter welded steel pipe are shown in Table 4.1-2. The outer diameter of the steel pipe in Table 4.1-1 is rounded to the correct number by AP15L, and it meets the substitute series of ISO4200.:4.2.1 series chemical series. The diameter of the steel pipe is rounded to a positive integer; the outer diameter and wall thickness of the steel pipe in the Ia series will be in accordance with the outer diameter and wall thickness values of GB8163 and GB2270. Since the outer diameter of the steel pipe above DN259 is rounded to the outer diameter of the steel pipe in GB8163 and GB2270, the 16 series is only formulated to PN250, and the pipes above DN250 are still selected according to the Ia series. The dimensions and theoretical weight of the steel pipe are shown in Table 4.2. Double series 1 series is a series that is used and is temporarily reserved. The dimensions of the steel pipe are in full compliance with the provisions of GB8163 and GB 2270. The dimensions and theoretical weight of the steel pipe are shown in Table 4.3-1.
