Pipe rack numbers and representation of pipe racks in piping layout drawings HG 20519.29-92 Pipe rack numbers and representation of pipe racks in piping layout drawings HG 20519.29-92 1 Pipe rack number 1.0.1 Pipe rack number consists of five parts .X-XXX Pipe rack serial number The last number of the pipeline layout drawing The structure of the rooting part of the pipe rack Pipe rack category 1.0.1.1 Pipe rack category A——fixed rack G——guide rack R—sliding rack H hanger S——spring hanger P—spring support -special rack (ANCHOR) (GUIDE) (RESTING) (RIGID HANGER) (SPRING HANGER) (SPRING PEDESTAL)bzxz.net (ESPECIALSUPPORT) - Indicates axial limit frame (stop frame) 1.0.1.2 Structure of the rooting part of the pipe rack C-— Indicates concrete structure - Indicates ground foundation S- Indicates steel structure V—— Indicates equipment W— Indicates wall (CONCRETE) (FOUNDATION) (STEEL) (VESSEL) (WALL) 1.0.1.3 Area code: Indicated by one digit. 1.0.1.4 The tail number of the pipeline layout diagram: Indicated by a digit. 151 The serial number of the pipe rack is represented by two digits, starting from 01 (it should be written separately according to the type of pipe rack and the structure of the rooting position). 2 The representation of the pipe rack in the pipeline layout drawing The pipe rack is represented in the pipeline layout drawing by a legend, and the pipe rack number is marked next to it. Examples are as follows: Example 1: GS-1011 Indicates that there is a pipe support (insulation, cold insulation pipe or large pipe end support) Example 2: AF-1212 Indicates that there is no pipe support or other forms Example 3: RFi901 RS1804 Note: The circle diameter is 5mm. indicates elbow bracket or lateral bracket indicates a pipe rack number, including brackets for multiple pipes 152 2.0.2 Universal brackets on pipe corridors and outer pipes, only the numbers of the guide bracket and the fixed bracket are indicated. All those without numbers and only with pipe rack legends are sliding pipe brackets. The universal bracket numbers on pipe corridors and outer pipes are different from other brackets. The universal bracket numbers omit the area code and the last number of the layout drawing. The remaining two digits are as follows: GS-01 indicates a guide bracket without a pipe bracket on a steel structure. GS-11 indicates a guide bracket with a pipe bracket on a steel structure. AS-01 indicates a fixed bracket without a pipe bracket on a steel structure. AS-11 indicates a fixed bracket with a pipe bracket on a steel structure. However, standard types or elevated and extended pipe brackets other than non-universal brackets or pipe brackets still need to indicate the area code and the last number of the layout drawing. 2.0.3 The height of the column pipe rack shall not exceed 2.5m; if it exceeds 2.5m, it shall be designed by the civil engineering department. 2.0.4 When marking the pipe rack number in the pipeline layout drawing, it should be done at the same time as filling in the pipe rack table. The format of the pipe rack table is specified in HG20519.18-92. The coordinates or grid numbers shall be recorded so that the position of the pipe rack can be found and the arrangement order of the pipe rack numbers can be mastered during the design process.
