Each batch of anti-counterfeiting technology products produced by the manufacturer shall be randomly sampled from the production line or finished product warehouse for inspection according to the requirements of this standard. Products of the same specification submitted for acceptance at the same time are considered as a batch. GB/T 19425—2003
7.2.2 Test items
HiKAoNrKAca-
The test items for the acceptance test of anti-counterfeiting technology products are identity uniqueness inspection (see 6.2), recognition performance inspection (see 6.4), use adaptability inspection (see 6.5), and appearance, specifications, mechanical properties, physical properties, chemical properties, system safety and other quality indicators specified in the corresponding anti-counterfeiting technology product standards or sub-standards, as well as packaging and transportation conditions inspection. The specific methods should be specified in the corresponding anti-counterfeiting technology product standards or sub-standards.
7.2.3 Sampling plan
The sampling plan for the acceptance test of anti-counterfeiting technology products should adopt the GB/T2828.1 general inspection level door normal inspection one-time sampling plan. The qualified quality level (AQL) of the acceptance test of anti-counterfeiting technology products should take different values according to the nature of the defects of the inspected items. For inspected items that may cause serious defects, the AQL is 1.5 (excluding 4.1 Computers: Multimedia Digital Information Anti-Counterfeiting Technology Products of this Standard), and for inspected items with minor defects, the AQL value is 6.5. The AQL value of the acceptance test items (6.2, 6.4 and 6.5) listed in this standard is 1.5. The sample size and judgment array of the acceptance test are specified in the anti-counterfeiting technology product standard. 7.3 Routine test
7.3.1 Test object, sampling location and method Routine test is an inspection for product design defects and technical safety and confidentiality. The test samples for checking design defects in routine tests should be randomly selected from products that have passed the acceptance test. 7.3.2 Test items

In routine tests, the sampling plan for design defect test items should adopt the single sampling plan of discrimination level I in GB/T2829, and the unqualified quality level (RQI.) should take different values according to the defect nature of the inspected items. For inspected items that may cause fatal defects or cause great economic losses to the society, full inspection should be carried out or the RQL value should be taken as 1.0. For inspection items that may cause serious defects, the RQL value is 20. For inspection items that may cause minor defects, the RQL value is 40. The sample size and judgment array of routine tests are specified in the anti-counterfeiting technology product standards. The size of the anti-counterfeiting strength inspection (see 6.1), the stability period inspection of anti-counterfeiting performance (see 6.3) and the use environment performance inspection (see 6.G) as routine tests in the standard are all 20. The technical safety and confidentiality inspection (see 6.7) must be inspected and passed item by item according to all the requirements of technical safety and confidentiality. There should be no effective complaints during the guarantee period. The routine test is qualified only when the daily average of anti-counterfeiting strength, use environment performance, stability period of anti-counterfeiting performance, technical safety and confidentiality, safety period and other routine test items specified in the anti-counterfeiting technology product standards are qualified.
7.3.4 Test cycle

Routine tests should be carried out whenever the product structure, manufacturing process or main materials of the anti-counterfeiting technology product are changed, or when the product of this specification is discontinued for more than half a year and then resumed, and when there are major changes in technical safety and safety period. 7.3.5 Treatment of unqualified products and conditions for resuming production Products that fail routine tests should stop production and sales. Products that have been sold should be returned. At this time, the manufacturer should analyze the reasons for the product failure and propose solutions and measures. Production and acceptance can only be resumed after the new routine tests are qualified. 7.4 Finalization test (type test) Finalization test (type test) is an inspection conducted simultaneously for the design defects and processing defects of the product. Finalization test should be carried out whenever a new anti-counterfeiting technology product is trial-produced and put into production, or when the design, manufacturing process or main raw materials of the product are greatly changed. The test samples of the finalization test should be randomly bundled from the end of the production line or the finished product warehouse. When the test samples of the finalization test fully meet all the test requirements of the delivery test and routine test, the batch of samples is considered qualified. .5 Comprehensive evaluation of anti-injury technology products See Appendix A.
