4.4 The product material is 9SiCr, CrWMn, GCr15 steel, which complies with the provisions of GB/T1299 and YB/T9 respectively. Other steels with performance not lower than these materials may also be used.
4.5 The hardness of the blade should be HRC58~62, and the hardness difference of the same blade should not exceed HRC3. 4.6 The product size tolerance and roughness should comply with the provisions of Figures 1~5 and Tables 1~4. 4.7
The machined surface is not allowed to have rust spots, bruises, and burrs. 4.8 The metallographic structure should be tempered martensite, the length of martensite needles should not be greater than level three, and the network carbide should not exceed level two. 5 Test method

Measurement method
Measurement of paper cutting knife with vernier caliper
QB/T 1567--- 1992
Simplified measurement diagram
Use an outer diameter dry ruler to measure the lower paper cutter and multi-blade bottom cutter
Use a plug gauge to measure the upper paper cutter, and use an inner diameter micrometer to measure the bottom paper cutter
The knife and multi-blade cutter ring are measured by an inner diameter micrometer. Measure three places evenly on any circumferential surface on the knife surface of the upper paper cutter
Put the blade on a flat plate and measure with a depth gauge or vernier caliper
Measure the radial and end face runout of A and B types according to view (a). Rotate the outer diameter and end face 360 degrees. °Measure the maximum difference C, D, E type radial and cutting edge end face runout according to view (b), the method is the same as above
Measure with an angle ruler or angle template
Measure with a roughness tester, or compare with a sample block
Measure three points uniformly on the upper and lower circular knife blades, the difference between the maximum and minimum values is the hardness difference of the same piece
Perform according to ZBJ36003
Inspection classification
Products are divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.1.1 Factory inspection items are 4.2, 4.3, 4.5~4.7. Type inspection is carried out when one of the following conditions occurs. 6.1.2
When there are major changes in materials and processes that may affect product performance; b.
When there are objections to product quality;
When the national supervisory agency proposes a type inspection; During normal production, the inspection shall be conducted once every six months;
When production is resumed after a suspension of more than six months.
6.2 Sampling and batching rules
6.2.1 Factory inspection
6.2.1.1 Products of the same variety and specification with basically the same production conditions and the same materials are batched and submitted for inspection. 154

6.2.1.2 Product quality is divided into three categories: Class A unqualified, Class B unqualified and Class C unqualified. For Class A and Class B nonconformities, AQL is the number of nonconforming products per 100 units of product; for Class C nonconformities, AQL is the number of nonconforming products per 100 units of product. Correspondingly, when implementing sampling inspection, for Class A and Class B nonconformities, A. and R. in the sampling plan are calculated by piece (number of nonconforming products), and for Class C nonconformities, A. and R. are calculated by item (number of nonconforming products).
6.2.1.3 Provisions on inspection levels
For Class A, Class B Group 1 and Class C, general inspection level I shall be followed, and for Class B Group I, special inspection level S-3 shall be followed. 6.2.1.4 Provisions on strictness
Perform normal inspection.
6.2.1.5 Provisions on sampling plan
The sampling plan shall be carried out in accordance with the sub-sampling plan specified in GB/T2828. 6.2.1.6 See Table 7 for the classification and grouping of nonconforming items. Table 7
1 The blade has cracks
The inner hole does not meet the requirements;
The thickness does not meet the requirements;
The surface roughness of the blade face, inner hole and positive bevel does not meet the requirements3
1The radial circular run-out does not meet the requirements;
The circular run-out of the cutting edge end face does not meet the requirements;
The heat treatment hardness does not meet the requirements;

Defect group
6.2.1.8The product inspection results shall be determined in accordance with GB/T2828. 6.2.2 Type inspection
6.2.2.1 Type inspection Randomly select one piece from the products that have passed the factory inspection and inspect 4.4 and 4.8. Category C
6.2.2.2 If the type inspection is judged to be unqualified, the product should be stopped from acceptance, and the reasons should be analyzed and measures should be taken until the new type inspection is passed.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Each blade should be clearly printed with the manufacturer's name (or trademark) and manufacturing date in an appropriate position. 7.2 Each blade should be cleaned and dried, coated with anti-rust grease and packed, and then packed in an ordinary wooden box. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, it will not rust within half a year from the date of publication.
7.3 The wooden box must be firm.
7.4 There should be a packing list and product certificate in the packaging box. 155
The following contents should be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging box. Receiving unit and address;
Product name and specifications;
Product gross weight and quantity;
Manufacturer name and address;
Factory date.
