GB4385--84 Technical requirements for anti-static shoes and conductive shoes GB12014--89 Anti-static work clothes MT520-1995 Anti-static safety regulations for coal mine detonator manufacturers 3 Method summary Connect the positive pole of the megohmmeter to the measuring electrode, the negative pole to the ground, and measure the resistance between the measuring electrode and the ground. 4 Instruments and materials 4.1 Instruments 500V megohmmeter: The measuring range is 1×102Q~1×1012Q, and the accuracy is ±5%. 4.2 Materials a) Main electrode: chrome-plated cylindrical brass electrode. Diameter: 60mm±0.01mm, mass: 2kg (including handle), the surface roughness of the bottom of the electrode is 1.6μm. b) Gasket: sponge gasket. Diameter: 60mm, thickness: 5mm~6mm, p=10~1022*cm, hardness: Shore 40~~50. The measuring electrode composed of items a and b is shown in the figure. Approved by the Ministry of Coal Industry of the People's Republic of China on December 30, 1997 670 Implementation on July 1, 1998 MT/T 690 1—Handle; 2—Main electrode, 3—Gasket Figure 1 Schematic diagram of measuring electrodewww.bzxz.net c) Connecting wire: Use polyethylene sheathed multi-strand copper wire with a cross-sectional area of 1.5mm2. The insulation resistance of the wire should not be less than 5×10°0. 5 Measurement requirements 5.1 The measurement must be carried out after stopping production and cleaning up products and dangerous goods. 5.2 During the measurement, the line connection should be safe and reliable to prevent sparks during the measurement process. 5.3 If there is flammable and explosive gas dust in the room, it is strictly forbidden to measure. 5.4 During measurement, an insulating board should be placed under the instrument. 5.5 Measurements are strictly prohibited during thunderstorms. 5.6 The measuring personnel should wear anti-static work clothes that meet the requirements of GB12014 and anti-static shoes that meet the requirements of GB4385. 5.7 For every 10m2 of the production workshop, there should be no less than 5 measuring points. For a floor or table with an area of less than 10m2 or an independent area, 5 measuring points are appropriate. 6 Measurement steps 6.1 Before measurement, if there is oil on the floor, it must be cleaned with water or neutral detergent. During measurement, the floor or work table should be in a dry and clean state. 6.2 Moisten the sponge gasket with water. 6.3 Select any point on the conductive floor or work table. a) For conductive floors or tables paved with non-flexible materials (such as fiberglass, etc.), a moistened and wrung-out sponge gasket should be placed under the main electrode during measurement. b) For conductive floors or tables paved with flexible materials (such as conductive rubber sheets, etc.), sponge gaskets may not be placed under the main electrode during measurement. 6.4 Connect the "line" terminal of the megohmmeter to the electrode with a wire, and connect the "ground" terminal to the grounding network of the static conductive floor with a wire, and then measure the resistance value, which is the resistance value to ground of the measurement point. 7 Measurement object Measure the resistance of the electrode to ground according to the process classification specified in Chapter 3 of MT520. 8 Results 8.1 The data read should be retained to one decimal place. 8.2 When measuring the resistance values of several points at the same place, the highest value is the resistance value of the floor or table within the measurement range. 671 Test report The test report must include the following contents: a) Measurement time; b) Measurement temperature and humidity conditions; c) Instrument name and model used d) Measurement location; e) Measured pole-to-ground resistance value.
