This standard specifies the technical requirements for the safety of single-machine operation of small-scale luxury grain, rice milling, flour grinding, chopping, leather roller ginning, oil pressing and other processing machinery suitable for rural use.
This standard applies to the technical inspection of the operation safety of the above-mentioned processing machinery. 2 Reference standards

3 General provisions
3.1 The signs, numbers and marks are complete and the handwriting is clear; the number plate is intact and placed in the specified position. 3.2 The whole machine is complete, without wrong installation, cracks, serious deformation and rust. All parts shall not be modified in a way that hinders operation and affects safety. 3.3 The foundation and installation of the processing unit must be carried out in accordance with the specified requirements. 3.4 The power and speed of the power machine and the processing machinery shall be reasonably matched. 3.5 The axes of the active and passive pulleys are parallel, the two pulleys are on the same rotating plane, the transmission belt is of appropriate tightness, and the circumference and age of the V-belts of the same wheel system are basically the same.
3.6 The hub and shaft must not be loose, the flat key must be tightened with screws and locked with nuts, and after the hook wedge key is tightened, the distance between the hub end face and the hook head shall not be less than 10mm, and the hook head part shall not protrude from the side of the pulley. 3.7 Flat belt drive:
3.7.1 The belt surface is clean and free of oil stains, serious cracks and other defects; 3.7.2 Correctly select the specifications of the belt buckle or belt bolt to ensure the strength of the belt joint; 3.7.3 When the belt buckle is connected, the cut of the belt should be perpendicular to the belt edge, and the belt buckle pin shaft should not protrude from the belt edge; 3.7.4 When overlapping with nuts or rivets, the countersunk part of the fastener shall not protrude from the inner surface of the belt, and the interface of the outer belt shall face the direction of movement. After the nut is tightened, the bolt shall expose 1 to 3 pitches of the nut; 3.7.5 When the open transmission is used, the tight side of the transmission belt shall be arranged below the driving pulley as much as possible; 3.7.6 When the semi-cross transmission is used, the output direction of the belt on the driving pulley is on the center plane of the passive pulley. 3.8 Rotating parts with a mass greater than 5kg and a speed exceeding 400r/min should be checked for static balance so that they can stop at any position. 3.9 The weld shall not have defects that affect the strength. The weld of the sealing part shall not leak. 3.10 All joints are firmly fastened, and all rotating parts are flexible, stable, well lubricated, and free of friction or abnormal noise. 3.11 Nozzle at the highest speed for 30 minutes, and the bearing temperature shall not exceed 60℃. 3.12 Exposed rotating parts shall have guardrails or protective covers. Steering, safety and other signs shall be intact and eye-catching. 3.13 The installation of electrical equipment such as motors and distribution cabinets must comply with the relevant provisions of GBJ232; easy to operate. 3.14 The noise limit of various processing machinery during operation is 85dB(A). 3.15 The standard of productive dust in the air of the processing workshop shall not exceed 10mg/m. 3.16 The floor of the processing workshop shall be flat, and explosive and toxic substances shall not be piled up. Workshops for processing flammable materials such as cotton must be equipped with fire-fighting equipment that complies with relevant regulations.
4 Grain milling machine
4.1 The rubber roller is not bent and the two rollers are parallel. The sand disc is flat and the surface is sharp. 4.2 The grinding wheel and disc of the sand disc milling machine are firmly combined, and the static balance of the moving disc should be checked. 4.3 The feed gate and the rolling distance adjustment handwheel are flexible and reliable; the weight of the pressure bowl and the oil cylinder pressure meet the specified requirements. 5 Rice milling machine
5.1 There is no gap between the connecting ends of the two sections of the iron rollers, the surface ribs are aligned, the rollers and the shafts are firmly fixed, and the blind nuts at both ends are tightened and shall not exceed the outer edge of the rollers.
5.2 The maximum gap between the roller and the rice knife at the rice outlet of the iron roller rice milling machine does not exceed 2mm. 5.3 The rice screen meets the requirements of GB3943. 5.4 The two rice screens are installed smoothly, the pressure strips are close to the chassis, and the heads of the countersunk screws should be buried in the pressure strips. 5.5 The mating surfaces of the rice machine cover, square box and rice outlet are tightly assembled, without rice or bran leakage; the machine base is firmly assembled. 5.6 The pressure bowl or spring of the inlet and outlet gates, rice knives and discharge pressure gates are easy and flexible to adjust and are reliably fixed. 5.7 The rice milling grinding wheel with resin binder must be re-inspected if it has been stored for more than one year, and it is allowed to be used only after passing the inspection. 5.8 The grinding wheel should be fastened with a chuck, and a cushion or paper pad made of elastic material should be installed between the chuck and the grinding wheel. 5.9 The corundum bonded to the reinforced rice roller can run continuously for 10 minutes at a line speed of 15m/s without peeling. 5.10 For vertical sand roller rice milling machines, the gap between the sand roller and the bran screen knife should be basically the same and easy to adjust. 6 Milling machine
6.1 The grinding disc of the disc mill has no warping or deformation. The head of the bolt fixing the grinding disc is not higher than the surface of the grinding disc. 6.2 The gap between the grinding discs can be adjusted flexibly, the locking is reliable, and the compression spring can rebound the grinding disc in time. 6.3 The parts of the powder screening box are intact and tightly installed, and the distance between the round screen blades and the screen surface meets the specified requirements. 6.4 The feeding mechanism of the roller mill can ensure continuous and uniform feeding over the entire grinding length of the grinding roller. 6.5 The mechanical structure can ensure that the clutch and feeding of the grinding roller meet the procedure of feeding first and then closing the gate, and opening the gate first and then cutting the material. 6.6 The grinding teeth on the working surface of the grinding roller are sharp, without cracks, slag inclusions, pores, shrinkage and other casting defects. There is no messy wire, peeling, or burrs after wire drawing. 6.7 The axes of the two grinding wheels are parallel and the gap is uniform. The paper pressing method is used for inspection, and the tooth marks are evenly distributed on the paper surface. 6.8 The square screen frame is square, the length of the four suspension rods is consistent, and the screen body has no obvious jump during operation. 6.9 There is no leakage of powder or bran in all parts of the grinding mill during operation. 7
Chopper
7.1 The feeding and conveying devices are in good condition, the feeding roller compression and conveying chain tension are appropriate, and the rotation is flexible. The length of the feeding table is not less than 800mm. 7.2 The moving knife and fixed knife of the shredder meet the specified requirements, are fastened with high-strength bolts (nails), and have reliable anti-loosening devices. 7.3 The clearance between the moving and fixed knives of the drum shredder is 0.2~0.5mm; the clearance between the moving and fixed knives of the disc shredder is 0.5~1.0mm. 7.4 Check the static balance of the shredder so that it can stop at any position. 7.5 Shredders with a productivity greater than 0.4t/h should be equipped with an overload protection device; shredders with a productivity of more than 2.5t/h should be equipped with an automatic feeding mechanism and a pre-pressing device.

7.6 The locking device of the upper casing of the shredder should be firm and reliable. 7.7 For the basin-type pulping machine, the depth of the moving knife into the water and the gap between the moving knife and the bottom of the pool meet the specified requirements. 7.8 For the dry pulping machine, the distance between the moving knife and the wall, and the distance between the moving and fixed knives meet the specified requirements. 8 CrusherbzxZ.net
8.1 The mass difference between each hammer piece shall not exceed 7% of its own mass, and the mass difference between two sets of hammer pieces installed symmetrically shall not exceed 5g. The installation arrangement shall comply with the regulations. The static balance of the rotor shall be checked after assembly. 8.2 The static balance of the rotor disc (without hammer pieces and pins), fan impeller and V-belt pulley shall be checked. 8.3 Check that the wear of the pin holes and working surfaces of the main rotating working parts such as hammer pieces, pins, flat teeth, long and short hammers does not exceed the specified requirements. 8.4 The upper and lower casings are tightly combined and locked firmly, and the screen piece fits tightly with the machine body and screen support without leaking powder. 8.5 The fan, pipeline and material collection device are well sealed and work reliably. 9 Cotton ginning machine
9.1 The surface of the roller is soft and elastic, and the roller surface does not bend or deform. 9.2 The upper and lower knives are flat and smooth, with consistent thickness and width. The upper blade is 0.30.4mm thick and has no burrs or gaps. The speed ratio of the roller shaft, the movable knife crankshaft and the push plate crankshaft of the cotton ginning machine and the clearance and distance adjustment of other moving parts meet the requirements. 9.3
9.4 The clutch is easy to operate and works reliably. 10 Oil press
10.1 The screw pressing parts of the screw oil press are easy to disassemble and assemble, and the main shaft pulley should be flexible and friction-free after assembly. 10.2 The normal misalignment of the threads at adjacent screw joints, the assembly space between adjacent pressing rings, and the oil outlet gap of the pressing cage meet the requirements. 10.3 The four tie rods (columns) of the hydraulic oil press are not skewed, and the movable tie rods are easy to disassemble and assemble. 10.4 The oil tank, oil pump, pressure gauge, safety valve, control switch, pressure rod, oil pipe, etc. of the hydraulic oil press are in good condition. When the rated pressure is reached during operation, there should be no leakage in the pipelines, joints, and seals. When the specified pressure is exceeded, the safety valve should be able to jump automatically. After all the pressure is relieved, the pressure gauge pointer can return to the "0" position.
