National Standard of the People's Republic of Chinawww.bzxz.net Subject content and scope of application Tin anode sheets GB 2528 --- 89 Replaces GB2528-81 This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging of tin anode sheets. This standard applies to (Sn2, Sn3) anode sheets used for electroplating in the T industry. 2 Reference standards GB728 Tin ingots GB3260 Chemical analysis method of tin GB 8888 3 Product classification Packaging, marking, transportation and storage of heavy non-ferrous metal processing products 3.1 The brand, state and specifications of the sheet should comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 3.2 Dimensions and allowable deviations Hard (Y) 3.2.1 The dimensions of the plate and its allowable deviations shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2 0. 5~1.0 1.0~2. 0 2>2. 0~5. 0 >5.0~~10 [0~15 Allowable deviation 100~400 Allowable deviation Note: Plates with other specifications and allowable deviations may be supplied upon agreement between the supplier and the buyer. Width 100~400 500~1000 600~1200 3.2.2 The shape of the plate should be straight, and the unevenness in the length direction shall not exceed 20mm per meter. Length 500~1200 Allowable deviation 3.2.3 The edge of the plate should be cut straight, without cracks or curling. However, slight burrs are allowed. Beveling should not cause the width and length of the plate to exceed the allowable deviation. 3.3 Marking example A plate made of Sn2 in a hard state with a thickness of 2mm, a width of 300mm and a length of 800mm is marked as: China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation approved on February 23, 1989 386 implemented on March 1, 1990 GB2528-89 Plate Sn2 2×300×800 GB 2528--894 Technical requirements 4.1 Chemical composition The chemical composition of the plate shall comply with the provisions of GB728. 4.2 Surface quality 4.2.1 The surface of the plate shall be smooth and clean. Cracks, bubbles, peeling, inclusions and other defects are not allowed. 4.2.2 The cross section of the plate shall not be delaminated. 4.2.3 Slight, localized scratches, spots, pits, roller marks and repair marks on the surface of the plate that do not exceed the allowable deviation of the plate thickness shall not be considered as a basis for scrapping. 5 Test method 5.1 The arbitration analysis method for the chemical composition of the plate shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3260. 5.2 The outer dimensions of the plate shall be measured with measuring tools of corresponding accuracy. 5.3 The surface quality of the plate shall be visually inspected. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Inspection and acceptance 6.1.1 The plate shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department, and the product quality shall be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. 6.1.2 The buyer shall re-inspect the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the re-inspection results do not conform to the provisions of this standard, the buyer shall submit the matter to the supplier within three months from the date of receipt of the product, and the supplier and buyer shall negotiate to resolve the issue. 6.2 Batches The plates shall be submitted for acceptance in batches. Each batch shall consist of plates of the same brand, thickness specification, manufacturing method and state. Batch weight is not more than 2t6.3 Inspection items Each batch of plates shall be inspected for chemical composition, external dimensions and surface quality. 6.4 Sampling location and sampling quantity 6.4.1 During the melting and casting process, the supplier shall take a sample from each furnace for chemical composition inspection6.4.2 The buyer shall randomly take a sample from each batch of plates for chemical composition inspection. 6.4.3 The thickness of the plates shall be measured within a range of not less than 100mm from the top corner and not less than 10mm from the edge. The thickness deviation outside the measurement range shall not be used as a basis for scrapping. 6.4.4 The plates shall be subsequently measured for external dimensions and surface quality inspection. 6.5 Repeated test If the chemical composition test result is unqualified, double samples shall be taken from the batch for re-inspection. If there is still one unqualified sample in the re-inspection result, the entire batch shall be scrapped. 7 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage Packaging, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB8888.
