This standard applies to the verification of the enameled wire solvent resistance tester. 2 Reference Standards JB/T4279.1 General Verification Methods for Enameled Winding Wire Test Instruments 3 Verification Items and Technical Requirements 3.1 The temperature of the solvent in the enameled wire solvent resistance tester is 60±3°C. 3.2 The angle between the pencil used for solvent resistance test and the sample is 60±5°. 3.3 The force along the direction of the pencil is 5N, and the allowable error is ±5%. 4 Verification instruments 4.1 Second-class standard mercury thermometer. 4.2 Stopwatch or timer. 4.3 Protractor. 4.4 Q-1 enameled wire tester (Q-1 instrument for short). 5 Verification method 5.1 Place a second-class standard mercury thermometer in the solvent. Adjust the temperature of the device to 60°C. After the heat stabilizes, check whether the difference between the actual temperature of the device and the standard temperature is less than 3°C. Check at least 4 times within 30 minutes. 5.2 Use a protractor to measure the angle between the pencil and the plane where the sample is placed. 5.3 Use a Q-1 instrument to measure the magnitude of the force along the pencil direction. 6 Processing of verification results 6.1 It is allowed that the thermostat and the device for applying the pencil force are separate. Fill in the verification report according to the results of each part. 6.2 A verification certificate will be issued to the solvent resistance test device that passes the verification, and a verification result notice will be issued to the unqualified one. The cover forms of the verification certificate and verification result notification are shown in the appendix of JB/T4279.1. 6.3 The initial verification of the solvent resistance test device is carried out according to all items, and the periodic verification only needs to verify the items specified in Articles 5.1 and 5.3 of this standard. 6.4 The verification cycle of the enameled wire solvent resistance test device is generally set at 2 years.
