This standard specifies the types, basic parameters, dimensions, technical requirements and relevant use regulations of manhole with neck butt welding flange for swivel cover made of carbon steel and low alloy steel.
This standard is applicable to manhole with neck butt welding flange for swivel cover with nominal pressure PN2.5~6.3MPa and working temperature limited to the range specified in Table 3-2 according to material category. Note: The nominal pressure and working temperature in Table 3-2 are only applicable to the pressure-bearing parts of the manhole, excluding gaskets. The nominal pressure and working temperature of gaskets should be determined according to the corresponding gasket standards.
