Automatic column horizontal band saw
Horizontal band saw is a basic series. It is suitable for mass production in manufacturing industries such as general machinery, automobiles, agricultural machinery, mining machinery, bearings, bridges, and ships. It is mainly used to saw round, square, profile and pipe materials of ferrous metals. The machine tool has an adjustable feeding system, which can realize constant pressure or quantitative feeding, and has a semi-automatic working cycle. When the cross-sectional size of the workpiece is small, it can be made into a bundle sawing. The machine tool accuracy should comply with the provisions of JBT4318.3. The machine tool is a V-level precision machine tool specified in JB/Z276. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on April 22, 1996

The machine tool has the same purpose and performance as the corresponding basic series, and also has an automatic working cycle, which is suitable for mass production. In addition to the structural features of the corresponding basic series, the machine tool should also have the following structural features: a. With automatic clamping device;

The type of the machine tool is shown in Figure 2.
The column horizontal band saw is a basic series. It is suitable for small batch and single piece production in factories such as heavy general machinery, casting and forging, metallurgy, mining machinery, ships, bridges and metal structures. It is mainly used to saw large-sized ferrous metal profiles, square materials, round materials, etc. The machine tool has an adjustable feeding system, which can realize constant pressure or quantitative feeding: it has a semi-automatic working cycle; it has good rigidity. The machine tool accuracy should comply with the provisions of JB/T4318.3. The machine tool is a V-level precision machine tool specified in JB/Z276. The machine tool should have the following structural features:

4.4 Automatic Column Horizontal Band Saw
