This standard is a revision of GB/11633—1989 General technical requirements for marine engine roomi central control console>. No standard applies to the design, production and acceptance of the control console for controlling and monitoring the operation of the main and auxiliary devices (hereinafter referred to as the control console) in the ship.

3.2.2.1 The layout of the control panel, including the meter, switch, buttons and various indicator lights, should ensure the smooth operation, monitor the operation and prevent accidents or misoperation.
3.2-2.2 For the convenience of operation, monitoring and maintenance, the components should be grouped according to the generator, boiler, auxiliary machine, etc.: For the instruments, indicator lights and other components with important functions of the main equipment, they should be arranged first in the group. 3.2.2.3. 3.2.3 Equipment, instruments and their installation

3.2.3.4 The live parts with voltage exceeding 50V shall have a protective range to prevent touching. 3.2.3.5 The installation of equipment and instruments shall take into account the ship's dynamic conditions, adopt single polarity protection, and ensure sufficient maintenance distance between the equipment. 3.2.3.5 The parts of the equipment that need to be replaced and adjusted shall be considered convenient. 3.2.4 Installation 3.2.4.1 The electrical distances and creepage distances between live parts of the central control panel and the power supply shall comply with the requirements of Table 5. 3.2.4.2 The control console shall use multi-strand cable with heat-resistant type. For the wires transmitting information, necessary anti-interference measures shall be taken. The wires shall be placed inside the wiring or fixed with a plate. The wires shall be reliably connected and have loosening measures. 3.2.4.3 Both ends of the wire shall be marked with durable marks in accordance with the sample and the terminal. The wiring of the wiring board and the terminal shall be marked with durable marks in accordance with the drawing. 3.2.5.1 The power supply of the centralized control console shall be the main distribution transformer substation (if equipped). The main power supply system, lighting station automation system, host safety system, control system, cabin monitoring system, etc. shall be able to automatically connect to the independent automation system with a backup battery pack, and at the same time issue an audible and visual alarm, and indicate the power supply. 3.2.5.2 The circuit protection in the control console should be designed so that when the fuse is closed, it will not cause the read action. Or the load circuit is detected, the system fails.
3.2.6 Alarm system

3.2.7 Pipeline
3.2.1 The oil and water circuits in the central control panel should be separated from the electrical section. If the separation cannot be made, reliable follow-up measures should be taken to prevent the contamination of electrical equipment by the medium. Test methods
4.1 The appearance of the central control panel should be inspected by daily inspection. The results should meet the requirements of 3.5. 4.2 The installation quality should be inspected by daily inspection. The structure, size, panel layout, equipment, instruments, electrical appliances, circuits, installation layers, fastening, wiring, signs, signs and grounding steel, etc. of the central control panel should be inspected. 43.1 The centralized control panel shall be placed in a proper installation manner, and at room temperature, each device and instrument shall be tested for its function only when the rated power supply is on or off. The temporary test shall be carried out at 1.25 working pressure to prevent the working medium or phase change pressure of the air, and the duration shall be 10min. The test shall be in accordance with 3.2.7.4. 4.5 External protection level test shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB4208. The results shall include the period specified in 3.2.1.1. 4.6 Insulation test 4.6.1 Insulation resistance measurement At the beginning of the functional test, after the end of the damp heat test, the electronic circuit shall be disconnected and the cold, hot and damp heat resistance between the different electrical circuits (referring to each other), as well as between each outlet and the casing shall be measured with a megohmmeter. The results shall comply with the provisions of 3.3.1. 4.6.2 Withstand voltage test

4.7.8.1 Power supply steady-state change test

Each runs for 15 minutes to check the working condition of the voltage drop. The result should meet the requirements of 3.1.2. 4.7.8.2 Power supply transient change test
a) When the output withstand voltage of the central control station is the rated value, the voltage of the central control station is separated from the limit value according to the requirements of Table 2, and each changes 3 times. The result shall meet the requirements of 3.1.2. 6) When the power supply voltage is rated, the rated voltage of the control panel shall be changed from the rated voltage specified in Table 2 to the rated voltage limit, and the change shall be repeated 3 times. Check the working condition of the circuit. The result shall meet the requirements of 3.1.2. 4.7.B.3 Test of the change of the voltage of the control panel

4.7.10 Electricity and control test
The automatic or chemical system, safety system and alarm system in the control panel shall be tested according to the relevant provisions of B/T1025. The results shall meet the requirements of 3.4.
5 Inspection regulations
5.1 Inspection classification
: The inspection is divided into type inspection and factory inspection. 5.2 Type inspection
5.2.1 The control panel shall be retroactively inspected or adjusted if there are any of the following conditions: a) New product model
b) Formal production, when the material and technology have changed slightly, which may affect the product performance, when the product has been discontinued for a long time
d) When the national quality supervision organization proposes the requirement of type inspection. 5.2.2 The inspection items for the integrated control system are specified in Table 3. 5.2.3 The sample for the integrated control system type inspection is 1 set. The sample for the salt and long test is 3 sets. If all the items of the type inspection meet the requirements after inspection, the semi-finished integrated control system is qualified: if any one of the items does not meet the requirements, the inspection should be carried out again, and then the inspection of the item and the related items should be carried out again. If there are still items that do not meet the requirements during the basic inspection, the integrated control system type inspection is considered to be qualified.

6.1 General mark
