This standard is a revision of GB/11633—1989 General technical requirements for marine engine roomi central control console>. The revision of the standard is mainly based on IEG5072-501:1994 electrical equipment control and measuring instruments 3, JFC:6092-321 electrical equipment low-voltage switch and control panel China Service Society steel ship classification and construction specifications 19 and the new electrical and electronic products environmental test procedures national standard. The original standard has been greatly enriched in terms of structure type, size series, environmental conditions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and standard structure.
1 Cancel the terminology, structure type and size series: 2) The environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, load, vibration, power supply voltage, frequency change, etc. have been modified according to the current standards and ship regulations; 3) The requirements for hot insulation continuity have been added to the comprehensive insulation performance of the product to improve the electrical reliability of the product under the operating condition! 4) Added temperature, shaking, vibration, electrical shock and other test methods, and changed the original standard's first-class highway transportation environment requirements test method to GB, T2423.79-1990 Electrical and Electronic Products Open Environment Test Procedure Test E: Bounce Test Method 3, used to simulate the random impact and collision environment that products encounter during highway vehicle transportation. This standard will replace GB/T=1633-19B9 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation. This standard was sponsored by the Electrical Subcommittee of the China Ocean Shipping Standardization Technical Committee: This standard was drafted by Shanghai Navigation Equipment Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Bao Xiaoyu, Ji Jiulin, and Tang Jinbin. This standard was first issued in September 1989.
