If all the indicators meet the requirements of the grade in 4.2, 4.4 and 4.5, it can be judged as a product of that grade. If one item does not meet the requirements of that grade, double samples shall be taken for inspection. If there are still items that do not meet the requirements of that grade, they shall be downgraded or judged as unqualified products. 6.1.2 The rubber materials used for rubber rollers are tested for physical properties in batches of monthly production, and all indicators shall meet the requirements of the corresponding grade in 4.3. If there is an item that does not meet the corresponding grade, double the sample should be taken from the batch of rubber materials for retest of the item. If the retest result meets the requirements, it is judged as the rubber material of that grade. If the retest result still does not meet the requirements, the batch of rubber materials should be downgraded or judged as unqualified rubber materials. 6.2 Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB1.3. 7.1. After the adhesive tape is wrapped with non-corrosive paper, it should be isolated and fixed with a single piece of light vibration isolation material. The shaft head should not bear weight. It should be packed in cartons or other outer packaging according to the requirements of the transportation method specified by the user. The inside of the packaging box should be clean and free of metal chips, oil stains and dust residues. 7.2. The packaging box should be marked with the following: Manufacturer name and trademark; Product mark; Grade: Quantity; Production date; 7.3. The packaging, storage and transportation marks should comply with the requirements of GB191. 7.4. During transportation and storage, avoid direct sunlight, rain and thunder, strong vibration, contact with acids, alkalis, oils and organic solvents, and keep away from heat sources 2Ⅱ- 7.5 The storage temperature of the rubber roller is in the typewriter storage temperature range. 7.6 Under the above conditions, the performance of the rubber roller shall comply with the provisions of this standard within a storage period of no more than 9 months from the date of manufacture (based on the date of qualified inspection of the rubber roller).
