Some standard content:
1 Scope of application National Standard of the People's Republic of China Determination of tensile strength of thermal sprayed coatings- Determination of tensile strength This standard applies to the determination of tensile strength of thermal sprayed coatings. 2 Method and principle UDC 621.793 GB 8641---88 Install the sample on the testing machine, apply the load evenly and continuously under the specified tensile conditions until the sample breaks, record the maximum breaking load, and calculate the tensile strength. 3 Equipment 3. 1 Testing machine Any type of testing machine that can meet static loading conditions and is used for tensile tests. The capacity of the testing machine is 50~~100kN, with an accuracy of ±1%. 3.2 Connection device Use a suitable connection device, and it is recommended to use a universal joint connection device (Figure 1). Card! Figure 1 Schematic diagram of sample connection Approved by China National Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation on January 11, 1988 and implemented on January 1, 1989 3.3 Measuring tools GB 86 41 - Vernier caliper or other suitable measuring tools, with an accuracy of 0.02mm. 4 Samples and their preparation 4.1 Shape and size of the sample The shape and size of the sample shall comply with the requirements of Figures 2a, 2b and 3. Lan Figure 2a Part A processing diagram Figure 3 Assembly diagram Figure 26 Part B processing diagram 4.2 Sample preparation GB 8641-88 4.2.1 Sample substrate material - generally A3 or 45 carbon steel or agreed by the relevant parties4.2.2 The material and spraying process of the spray layer shall be determined by the sample preparer or agreed by the relevant parties. The number of samples is five4.2.3 Spray layer thickness - generally not less than 1.2mm, 1.0mm is retained after machining, or in accordance with relevant agreements4.2.4 Spray layer width is not less than 60mm, that is, parts A and B are not less than 30mm each. 5 Test steps 5.1 Sample measurement Measure the sample diameter before spraying (d,) and the diameter after processing (t), accurate to 0.02mm. Calculate the cross-sectional area of the coating. 5.2 Test speed Unless otherwise specified, the tensile speed shall not exceed 1mm/min or the loading speed shall not exceed 9807N/min. 6 Calculation of test results Use the following formula to calculate the tensile strength: os d, d) Where: U is the tensile strength of the coating, N/mm; F is the maximum breaking load of the coating, N; d, — the diameter of the A or B part before spraying, mm; d, — the diameter of the sample after processing, mm. 7 Test report Report the arithmetic mean or five data of the five samples. 7.1 7.2 The measured value shall be rounded off to the nearest 1N/mm2 according to the rule of even or odd numbers. 7.3 The test report shall include the following contents: This standard number; Sample number; Coating processing conditions;bzxZ.net Test results; Any details that may affect the test results.
