JB/T9165.1—1998 Process Document Integrity 3 Basic Requirements Strict process discipline is an important part of strengthening process management, and is the guarantee for establishing normal production order, ensuring product quality, reducing consumption and improving efficiency. Leaders at all levels of the enterprise and relevant personnel should strictly implement process discipline. 4 Main Contents of Process Discipline 4.1 Process Discipline of Enterprise Leaders and Functional Departments 4.1.1 The enterprise must have a sound, unified and effective process management system and a complete and effective process management system and a job responsibility system for various personnel. 4.1.2 The process documents must be correct, complete (see JB/T9165.1), unified and clear. 4.1.3 Production arrangements must be based on process documents, and balanced production must be achieved. 4.1.4 All materials, rough parts, purchased parts and outsourced parts put into production must meet the design and process requirements. 4.1.5 Equipment must ensure normal operation, safety and reliability. 4.1.6 All process equipment should always maintain a good technical state, and measuring instruments should adhere to periodic calibration to ensure that the value is correct and uniform. 4.1.7: There must be a professional training system to ensure that workers must undergo professional training before their first job. Fixed personnel, fixed machines, and fixed jobs. 4.2 Process discipline on the production site 4.2.1 Operators must carefully prepare for production, and must strictly follow the design drawings, process regulations and relevant standards during production for processing and assembly. In addition to strictly following the regulations, relevant process parameters such as time, temperature, pressure, vacuum, current, voltage, material formula, etc. should also be recorded for archiving and future reference. 4.2.2 Operators of precision, large, and rare equipment, welders, boiler workers, electricians, and non-destructive testing personnel must undergo strict assessments, and after passing the assessment, they will be issued an operating license and operate with the operating license. 4.2.3 New processes, new technologies, new materials, and new equipment must be verified and qualified before they are included in the process documents before they can be officially used. 4.2.4 The production site should do a good job of fixed location management and civilized production. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on November 16, 1998 and implemented on December 1, 1998 Assessment of process discipline JB/T9169.11—1998 5.1 Each enterprise should have a strict process discipline inspection and assessment system and method. The factory-wide process discipline should be organized by the factory director and chief engineer (or chief process engineer) to conduct inspections and assessments by relevant 5.2 functional departments such as process, quality management, inspection, and production: the process discipline at the production site should be supervised by the inspection department on a daily basis: the leaders of the workshop and section are responsible for regular inspections and assessments. 3 Main assessment contents of process discipline: a) Process management organization, function implementation and personnel allocation; b) Whether the process management system is complete; c) The accuracy, completeness and uniformity of technical documents; d) The implementation rate of process documents; e) The integrity rate of equipment and process equipment; f) The periodic calibration rate of measuring instruments; g) The balance rate of production; h) The compliance rate of fixed personnel, fixed machines and fixed types of work; i) Fixed-location management and civilized production. Details of process discipline assessment are determined by each enterprise 5.4 People's Republic of China Mechanical Industry Standard Process Management Guidelines Process Discipline Management JB/T9169.11-1998 Published and issued by the Mechanical Science Research Institute Printed by the Mechanical Science Research Institute (No. 2 Shouti South Road, Beijing 100044) Number of words XXXXXX Format 880×1230 01/16 Printing sheets X/X Edition X in XX month, 19XX Printing in xX month, 19XX Number of prints 1-XXX Price XXX.XX yuan XX-XXX Mechanical Industry Standard Service Network: 8661_1696/8 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
