This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection, testing and marking of internal combustion engine rocker arms (hereinafter referred to as rocker arms), free installation, transportation and storage.

3.! The control arm should be a product approved by the prescribed procedures 3.1 The materials of the steel pipes shall be 45 steel specified in GA/699[988], 20C steel specified in G8/T307?-1983, ductile iron QT600-3 specified in OB.T1348-108, alloy steel or other materials with performance not inferior to the above grades. 3.3 The steel head surface shall be subjected to annealing or carbon quenching (alloy steel ductile iron shall be subjected to chilling). The hardness and carburization of the steel shall meet the requirements specified in the specification.

4.1 Each part shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory 4.1 When the ordering unit conducts the quality inspection, the sampling force specified in GB/T2828-1987 shall be used, and the general inspection level shall be 1.
5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 Each rocker arm shall be marked with the factory logo.
5.2 The rocker arms shall be cleaned and oil-sealed or treated with other anti-corrosion treatments before packaging, and then wrapped with strong and impermeable neutral paper or plastic, and then packed in a cardboard tray. Each cardboard box shall be filled with rocker arms of the same model. The carton should be marked with: manufacturer name, factory logo and address: internal combustion engine model, component name and part number: c) packaging return date (year, month 1
5.3 The cartons packed in cartons should be packed in a dry packaging box with waterproof rats, and ensure that they will not be damaged during normal transportation. The total weight of the box shall not exceed 5kg.
5.4 A packing list signed by the manufacturer's inspector and packer should be attached to the new packaging and paper tray. The list should indicate the internal combustion engine model, component name, part number and number of trays.
5.5 Each The product quality certificate with the inspector's signature is placed in the paper tray.
