Notice on the issuance of four chemical industry standards, including "Mechanical Mixing Equipment"
To all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities with independent planning status, Construction Commissions (Construction Departments), Chemical Industry Departments (bureaus, companies), and all relevant design units:
The four standards, including "Mechanical Mixing Equipment", "Anti-slip Liquid Level Meter", "Equipment Lifting Ears" and "Lighted Sight Glasses", formulated by the Equipment Design Technology Center of the Ministry of Chemical Industry and organized by relevant design institutes, have been reviewed and approved as recommended chemical industry standards. The numbers are detailed in the attachment. They will be implemented from March 1, 1995.
These four standards are managed by the Equipment Design Technology Center of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, and published and distributed by the Engineering Construction Standard Editing Center of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. Classification and technical requirements of equipment lifting lugs
1.1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the classification, type, code, material and manufacturing technical requirements of equipment lifting lugs. This standard applies to equipment lifting lugs for lifting containers and towers made of carbon steel, low alloy steel and stainless steel.
1.2 Standards
GB196 "Basic Dimensions of Ordinary Threads"
GB197 "Tolerances and Fits of Ordinary Threads"
GB1804 "Tolerances and Fits - Limit Deviations of Dimensions Without Tolerance Indications" GB3274 "Hot-rolled Thick Plates and Strips of Carbon Structural Steel and Low-alloy Structural Steel" HGJ15 "Provisions for the Selection of Materials for Steel Chemical Containers" GB·8162 "Seamless Steel Pipes for Structures"
GB4237 "Hot-rolled Stainless Steel Plates"
GB150 "Steel Pressure Vessels"
GB3323 "Radiography and Quality Grading of Steel Fusion Welded Butt Joints" 1.3 Classification of Lifting Ears
This standard includes three categories (six types) of lifting ears, namely top plate type ears, side wall plate type ears and shaft type ears. The codes and nominal lifting weight ranges of various lifting lugs are shown in Table 1.3. The nominal lifting weight of a lifting lug refers to the maximum weight that can be lifted by a lifting lug. Type code

1.4 Materials and manufacturing technical requirements for lifting lugs
1.4.1 Materials for lifting lugs: The lifting lug plate of the top plate lifting lug, the lug plate of the side wall plate lifting lug, the pipe shaft of the shaft lug with a nominal diameter of DN500mm, and the baffle and inner rib plate of the auxiliary lifting lug are all made of Q235-4. The steel plates or steel strips used shall comply with the provisions of GB3274 "Hot-rolled thick steel plates and steel strips of carbon structural steel and low-alloy structural steel". When the nominal true diameter of the rail-type lifting lug is DN≤500mm, the pipe shaft can use the steel pipe specified in GB8162 "Seamless steel pipe for structure", and the material is 20 steel. When it is difficult for the manufacturer to select the steel pipes in GB8162 "Seamless Steel Pipes for Structures", the pipe rails can also be made of Q235-A steel plates by coil welding.
The material of the hot plate should be the same as the material of the shell welded with the pad. The welding procedures and welding materials shall be indicated by the selector in the equipment assembly drawing. 4.2 Machines and assemblies with
The lug plates of the top plate type and the side wall plate type should be almost straight. The pipe rails of the rail type lugs should be perpendicular to the axial center line of the equipment, with a deviation of no more than 0.5°. The pad should fit tightly with the curved surface of the head or shell, with a gap of no more than 1.omm. The cutting surfaces of the lug plates, pads, baffles, inner rib plates and connecting plates are not allowed to have cracks, burrs and other defects.
Except as noted in the figure, the limit deviations of the untoleranced dimensions of the other machined surfaces and non-machined surfaces shall comply with the provisions of GB1804 "Limit Deviations of Untoleranced Dimensions". The holes are 114 and H16, the shafts are h14 and 16, and the lengths are S1 (14) and JS16 (is16). The screw hole dimensions are in accordance with the provisions of G196 "General Thread Basic Dimensions", and the tolerances are in accordance with the 7H specified in GB197 "General Thread Maintenance and Fit".
1.4.3 Inspection of Lifting Ears
The butt welds of the pipe shaft made of Q235-A steel plate shall be subjected to 100%2 radiographic inspection. The inspection results shall comply with the provisions of GB3323 "Radiographic Photography and Quality Grading of Steel Fusion Welded Butt Joints", and the third grade is qualified. All other welds shall be inspected for appearance, and no cracks or unfused defects shall be present. Except for the inner rib weld of the axial lifting lug, the other welds shall be inspected by magnetic particle or penetrant testing. The flaw detection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 10.8.4 of GB150 "Steel Pressure Vessels", and cracks are not allowed.
