Technical requirements
Technical requirements items
GB 9072-88
Technical requirements for insulation spinning include fabric length, inner width, density, thickness, quality (weight), breaking strength, elongation at break, appearance defects, etc.
4.2 Grading rules
4.2.1 Insulation spinning is divided into first-class products and qualified products. Products lower than qualified products are unqualified products. 4.2.2 The grading of insulation spinning is based on piece. Fabric length, inner width, density, and appearance points are graded by piece. Thickness, quality (weight), breaking strength, and elongation at break are graded by batch. The lowest grade of the eight indicators is the grade of the piece. 4.2.3 See Table 2 for grading rules.

4.2.5 The allowable number of unit defects per piece of silk is calculated as follows: The allowable number of unit defects per piece of silk (pieces) = actual length of the piece (m) × the allowable number of unit defects of each category (pieces) 100 (m)
When the allowable number of unit defects per piece of silk has a decimal, it shall be rounded up to an integer. 4.2.6 False shearing (standard length)
4.2.6.1 Local points that seriously affect the appearance of the flat surface of the web, such as shrinkage, rolling shuttle, rough weft, weft opening, holes within 3cm and less, broken edges after mending, and spider webs (rough) that are continuously separated from the organization, weaving in of debris, pulling out damage, pulling out, scratching, tearing, false shearing is allowed, 4.2. 6.2 On average, a false cut is allowed for every 25 m of a piece of silk. 4.2.6.3 For each false cut, the length is 20 cm. 4.2.6.4 The maximum length of the false cut is 20 cm in the warp direction. Continuous points exceeding 20 cm can be falsely cut continuously. 4.2.6.5 Defects of false cuts are no longer included in the unit points of the silk. 5 Test method
5.1 The sample must be flat, without distortion or obvious appearance that may affect the test results. The sample can be cut from any part of the piece of silk. During arbitration, it must be cut more than 2 m away from the end of the piece. 5.2 The length test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of method 1 in GB4666. 19
GB9072-88
5.3 The inner width test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of method 1 in GB4667. 5.4 Thickness test
5.4.1 Test instrument
0~25mm outer diameter micrometer, the minimum graduation value is 0.01mm. 5.4.2 Test conditions
Conventional test is carried out under natural conditions indoors, and arbitration test is carried out under the conditions of temperature of 20±2℃ and relative humidity of 65%±5%, after humidification for 24 hours.
5.4.3 Test procedure and result calculation
Put the 38cm full width sample fabric into the test position under natural conditions, and then gently turn the dry micrometer ratchet handle. When the small ratchet makes a sound, turn it again and record the reading on the micrometer tube (estimated to 0.001mm). According to this method, 10cm away from the edge, test 10 times along the diagonal direction of the sample (the test position is shown in the figure below), and take the arithmetic mean (calculated to 0.001mm) as the thickness of the mesh. Unit: cm
Note: The "\○" in the figure is the thickness test point. 5.5 The test of square meter mass (quantity) is carried out according to G4669. The test of density is carried out according to GB4668.
5.7 The test of breaking strength and breaking elongation is carried out according to GB3923. 5.8 Inspection method of appearance collapse point
5.8.1 The appearance point is inspected by weft folding table. 5.8.2 Inspection conditions
The height of the inspection table is 90cm, the table is black, 0.5m from the window, natural north light is used, direct sunlight and white light reflection should be avoided, the mixed illumination of the light source on the silk surface is 400±1001xb.
Inspection method
The inspector is located on the light source side, with his eyes 80cm away from the center of the mesh surface. 5.8.3.2 The inspection speed is 15m/min.
5.8.4 Provisions for measuring the length of the defect
5.8.4.1 The length of the defect is measured by the longitude or latitude. 5.8.4.2 When two or more defects are mixed together, the largest defect unit shall be used for calculation. Inspection rules
