This standard adopts the 1997 Statistical Values: the physical index adopts the international common index, such as the coefficient of variation of linear density, the coefficient of variation of twist, etc.: the red fiber content is clearly regulated. This standard is formulated for the first time. The standard of superior products is equivalent to the international advanced level: the standard of first-class products is equivalent to the international general level.
Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix (of this standard are normative appendices. This standard is proposed by China National Textile and Apparel Council. The main body of the standard belongs to the Wool Textile Branch of the National Technical Committee for Textile Standardization. This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, acceptance rules, packaging and marking and other technical characteristics of combed woven wool yarn. The long standard is applicable to the identification of combed woven pure wool, wool blended, wool-type chemical fiber wool yarn 2 Normative references

3 Technical requirements
Technical requirements include grading regulations, physical indicators, color fastness and appearance cancer point evaluation. 3. 1 Grading regulations
The quality of combed woven wool yarn is based on batches. It is evaluated according to physical indicators, color fastness and appearance defects, and the lowest one is used to determine the grade.
3. 2 Evaluation of physical indicators
Physical indicators shall be evaluated according to the provisions of Article 1, and the lowest one shall be used for evaluation. They are divided into excellent, first-class and second-class products, and products lower than second-class products are substandard products. Table 1

One item is reduced by one level or two items are reduced to be downgraded to first-class products. Second-class products are substandard products. In mixed products, cotton staining should be other non-wool main fiber cloth staining. Dyeing fastness is assessed according to GB 250 and graded using the grey scale. 3.4 Appearance rating

3.4.1 Appearance of wool yarn is assessed according to Table 3 and Table 4. The lowest rating is used to classify it into superior, first and second quality. Products below second quality are considered substandard products.
3.4.2 The surface defects of wool yarn shall be graded by comparing the number of yarn spots such as fuzz within the length wound by ten blackboards (i.e. the front and back of the blackboard) with the provisions of Table 3 in Appendix B of this standard.

5.2 Physical indicators and dyeing fastness are the guarantee conditions of the supplier. If the buyer needs the test results, they shall be provided by the supplier. 5.3 Acceptance Acceptance quantity: One sample is randomly selected from each batch. 5.4 Acceptance result determination: Comprehensively evaluate the inspection results of physical indicators, color fastness and carbon spots on the appearance, and determine the grade based on the lowest item. The color fastness is graded according to different color numbers. When the color fastness test of a certain color number fails, the wool yarn of this color number is unqualified. 5.5 If there is any objection to the acceptance result, the inspection can be repeated. The number of re-inspections will be doubled, and the re-inspection result will be the final result. 6 Packaging and marking
6.1 Packaging
6.1.1 The packaging of combed woven wool yarn should ensure that its quality is not damaged and be convenient for transportation and storage. 6.1.2 The packaging of combed yarn shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 6. 1.3 Each package should contain the same type, grade, batch number and cylinder number of wool yarn. 6.2 Marking
6.2.1 Each yarn must have a label. The label should indicate the product name, specification, batch number, etc. 6.2.2 The outer package of wool yarn should have the following markings: product name, product number, batch number, color number, cylinder number, package number (box number), grade, weight, fiber content, implementation standard, manufacturer name, production date. 7 Others
For certain items in the standard, if the supply and demand parties have other requirements, they shall be implemented according to the contract provisions. 4

A.1 The fiber content tolerance of combed woven pure wool yarn, pure chemical fiber yarn and wool blended yarn shall be implemented in accordance with FZ/T01053. When the content of a certain fiber in the blended yarn is less than 1C, its content shall not be less than 70% of the standard value of the fiber content. A.2 The standard moisture regain of textile materials shall be implemented in accordance with GI9994. A.3 This standard divides yarn into the following three categories according to its linear density: High-count yarn: 14.3×21ex and below (70/2Nm and above) Medium-count yarn: 23.8×2~14.3×2tex(42/2-~7(/2Nm) Low-count yarn: 23.8×2tsx and above (42/2Nm and below) A.4 Gross weight: The supplier and the buyer shall calculate the gross weight according to the official moisture regain of the yarn, see formula (A, 1), and the gross weight deviation rate is ±0.5%.
