After the sealing performance is qualified, continue the test; for manually operated gate valves, the operating torque can be adjusted if the valve is operated with other optional equipment. For gate valves operated with other optional equipment, it cannot be adjusted. 4.10 When the valve has installation and flow requirements, it should be installed according to the required installation and flow direction. 4.11. The record of the number of static life tests is recorded by using the signal provided by the life test machine and the operating switch driven by electric, hydraulic, pneumatic or other electric and pneumatic linkage devices, and using an electric meter to record. 5 Test method 5.! Fix the valve in the direction and installation direction of the valve to be tested. 2 Under the condition of 10D pressure difference between the medium pressure and the nominal pressure (rated pressure difference), measure the maximum operating torque when opening and closing the valve, test three times, and take the maximum value. 5.3 According to the torque measured in 5.2, adjust the control torque of the weak-acting mechanism or the output torque to meet the closing and closing requirements of the gate valve, and meet the sealing performance requirements after the sealing performance test. For flat gates with flat seals, in addition to adjusting the operating torque, the closing position is also adjusted. 5.4 After the starter cycle is 20K-300 times, check the leakage before the seal. If the operating torque changes, the drive torque should be adjusted in time to meet the sealing requirements. When the operating force increases to the point where the handwheel of the gate cannot be operated, stop the test. 6 Determination of the number of static pressure life tests 6.1 Termination of test The test should be terminated when a jam occurs: a) During the sealing test, the sealing performance fails to meet the standard requirements; b) The test piece cannot maintain sealing, and the valve stem, valve stem, butterfly nut and other parts are not lubricated, and the valve cannot be normally closed. The opening and closing operating forces change significantly, which does not meet the requirements of 4.5 of this standard. 6.2 Number of static pressure life tests G.2.1 After meeting the required number of tests, the performance of the valve meets the standard requirements. This number of tests is the number of static pressure life tests. 6.2.2 If any unexpected performance failure to meet the standard occurs during the test, the previous inspection shall be terminated and the corresponding number of opening and closing cycles shall be the static life test times.
