3 Product classification
3.1 Wax paper is divided into B and C grades.
3.2 Wax paper is a flat paper.
3.3 Wax paper can be divided into three types according to its color: dark, medium and light. Among them: dark colors include bright red, orange red, sauce red, original color, dark blue and orange yellow; medium colors include sky blue, pink, dark yellow, heavy yellow, emerald green, concubine color, light brown and bark color; light colors include goose yellow, fruit green and lake color. Wax paper of other colors or quantities can also be produced according to the contract.
4 Technical requirements and test methods

Note: Or produce other quantitative wax paper according to the contract. 4.2 The paper size is 762mm×508mm or 787mm×508mm, the size deviation does not exceed ±3mm, the skewness does not exceed 3mm, and it is measured according to GB/T451.1.
4.3 The paper surface should be flat and delicate, with uniform and bright color, without obvious glossy and matte streaks, serious spots, pulp blocks, cracks, etc. 4.4 The color of each paper should not be significantly different, and the paper cutting edges should be neat and clean. 4.5 Those with one of the following conditions can be classified as second-class products, but no more than two of them shall be included at the same time. a.
The quantity exceeds the allowable deviation range by less than 3g/m2; the glossiness is less than 10% of the standard; the dustiness exceeds the standard by less than 30%. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 The quantity delivered at one time is considered as a batch, but not more than 30t. 5.2 The manufacturer shall ensure that the paper produced meets the requirements of this standard, and a product quality certificate shall be attached to each piece of paper when it is delivered. 5.3 The sampling inspection for delivery inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2828, and the sample unit is piece; the normal inspection double sampling plan, inspection level 1, the qualified quality level of Class B is 4.0%, and the qualified quality level of Class C is 6.5%. 5.4 The purchaser has the right to inspect the quality of the product according to this standard. During the inspection, first check the external packaging, and then take samples from it for inspection. If the inspection results do not conform to the provisions of this standard, the purchaser shall notify the supplier within three months after arrival (or as stipulated in the order contract) to jointly take samples for re-inspection. If it is still unqualified, this batch of paper will be listed as nonconforming products and the supplier will be responsible for handling; if it is qualified, the purchaser will be responsible. 296
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage

6.1 Packing and marking shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10342. If special packaging is required, it shall be specified in the order contract. 6.2 Since wax paper is susceptible to moisture, mildew, fading and discoloration, it should be properly stored on a dry, well-ventilated warehouse pallet and avoid sunlight exposure, which may cause the product to deteriorate.
6.3 During transportation, a canopy and clean transportation vehicle should be used. 6.4 It is not allowed to use hooks to lift iron sheets for packaging, and it is not allowed to drop paper from a high place. Additional remarks:
This standard was proposed by the Paper Industry Department of the Ministry of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Paper Standardization Center. This standard was drafted by Shanghai Wax Paper Factory and Shanghai Paper Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Zhang Hushun and Liu Hezhen. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Light Industry Ministry Standard QB753-1980 "Glossy Paper" will be invalid.
