Among them: dark colors include bright red, orange red, sauce red, original color, dark blue and orange yellow; medium colors include sky blue, pink, dark yellow, heavy yellow, emerald green, concubine color, light brown and bark color; light colors include goose yellow, fruit green and lake color. Wax paper of other colors or quantities can also be produced according to the contract. 4 Technical requirements and test methods 4.1 The technical indicators and test methods of wax paper must comply with the provisions of Table 1. The quantity exceeds the allowable deviation range by less than 3g/m2; the glossiness is less than 10% of the standard; the dustiness exceeds the standard by less than 30%. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 The quantity delivered at one time is considered as a batch, but not more than 30t. 5.2 The manufacturer shall ensure that the paper produced meets the requirements of this standard, and a product quality certificate shall be attached to each piece of paper when it is delivered. 5.3 The sampling inspection for delivery inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2828, and the sample unit is piece; the normal inspection double sampling plan, inspection level 1, the qualified quality level of Class B is 4.0%, and the qualified quality level of Class C is 6.5%. The sampling quantity and judgment number shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. During the inspection, first check the external packaging, and then take samples from it for inspection. If the inspection results do not conform to the provisions of this standard, the purchaser shall notify the supplier within three months after arrival (or as stipulated in the order contract) to jointly take samples for re-inspection. If it is still unqualified, this batch of paper will be listed as nonconforming products and the supplier will be responsible for handling; if it is qualified, the purchaser will be responsible. 296 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage QB/T1600-1992 6.1 Packing and marking shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10342. If special packaging is required, it shall be specified in the order contract. 6.2 Since wax paper is susceptible to moisture, mildew, fading and discoloration, it should be properly stored on a dry, well-ventilated warehouse pallet and avoid sunlight exposure, which may cause the product to deteriorate. 6.3 During transportation, a canopy and clean transportation vehicle should be used. 6.4 It is not allowed to use hooks to lift iron sheets for packaging, and it is not allowed to drop paper from a high place.
