No lumps after stirringWww.bzxZ.net
No brush marks after brushing, no impact on the substrate
The paint film is flat and smooth
No bubbles or shedding
Open the container and stir with a spatula. Some sediment is allowed at the bottom of the container. When it is easy to mix evenly after stirring, it can be defined as "no lumps after stirring". 5.2 Brushability
Make two pieces of cement (silicate) concrete slabs of 200mm×100mm×30mm and maintain for 7d. Then use 107 glue to make cement viscous and evenly apply it on the cement board. The coating size is 100mm×100mm or 200m×50mm. After drying for 48 hours, brush the cement floor paint. The paint should be evenly distributed on the cement glue and the upper and lower parts of the concrete board. When the extension (penetration) is good, it can be defined as "no brush marks after brushing and no impact on the substrate".
5.3 Paint film color and appearance
According to GB1729.
5.4 Viscosity
According to GB6753.4, use No. 6 cup for testing. 5.5 Fineness
According to GB6753.1, use 0100um fineness meter for testing. 5.6 Drying time
According to GB6753.2 and GB1728, the temperature is 23±2℃ and the humidity is (50±5)%. 5.7 Hardness
According to GB6739.
5.8 Adhesion
According to GB9286, the cutter spacing is 1mm and transparent tape is used for sticking and tearing. 5.9 Hiding power
According to GB1726.
5.10 Water resistance
According to Chapter 5 of GB9274.
5.11 Abrasion resistance
HG/T 2004-91
According to GB1768, add 750g code during the test, and the grinding wheel rotates 300 times in total. 5.12 Scrub resistance
According to GB9266, the scrubbing medium is tap water. 6 Acceptance rules
6.1 All technical requirements listed in this standard are type inspection items. Among them, the viscosity, fineness, drying time, hiding power, color and appearance of the paint film, hardness, adhesion, water resistance and abrasion resistance of the liquid paint are listed as the inspection items for export. In normal production, type inspection is carried out every six months.
6.2 The products in each paint tank are a batch of products. Each batch of products shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard, and the manufacturer shall ensure that all products shall meet the technical requirements of this standard. The products shall have a certificate of conformity, and instructions for use and precautions shall be attached when necessary. 6.3 The receiving department has the right to inspect the products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the quality is found to be inconsistent with the technical requirements of this standard, the supply and demand parties shall jointly re-sample and re-inspect according to GB3186. If it still does not meet the technical requirements of this standard, the batch of products shall be unqualified and the receiving department shall have the right to return the products.
6.4 The products shall be sampled in accordance with the provisions of GB3186. The samples shall be divided into two parts, one for sealed storage for future reference, and the other for inspection. 6.5 The supplier and the buyer shall check and verify the product packaging, quantity and marking. If the packaging is damaged or leaking, the quantity is inconsistent, or the marking does not meet the requirements, the relevant departments shall be notified in time for handling. 6.6 When there is a dispute between the supplier and the buyer over product quality, the product quality supervision agency shall conduct arbitration inspection. 7 Marking
According to GB9750.
8 Packaging, storage and transportation
8.1 The product shall be stored in a clean, dry and sealed container, and the device shall not exceed 95% of the volume. When storing, the product shall be kept ventilated and dry, prevent direct sunlight, and be isolated from fire and heat sources. 8.2 When transporting, the product shall be protected from rain and sunlight, and shall comply with relevant regulations. 8.3 Under the storage and transportation conditions in accordance with Articles 8.1 and 8.2, the effective storage period of Type I is half a year and that of Type II is one year from the date of production. If the storage period exceeds the storage period, it can be inspected according to the items specified in this standard. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used. 9 Safety, health and environmental regulations
This paint contains organic solvents such as xylene and 200 solvent oil, which are flammable liquids and have certain toxicity. Attention should be paid to ventilation at the construction site. Take measures such as fire prevention, anti-static and poisoning prevention, and comply with the safe operation procedures and relevant regulations for coating operations. The maximum allowable concentration of toxic substances in the air of the construction site and the fire and explosion prevention parameters are listed in Table 2. Table 2

Construction reference
(reference)
This paint is generally applied by brush, and the paint must be stirred evenly before brushing. Ali
A2 cement concrete substrate must be cured for more than 7 days and undergo appropriate surface treatment such as neutralization. Before painting, the moisture content of the substrate should not exceed 10%, the pH value should not exceed 8, and the surface should be clean and free of water, mud and other dirt. When A31 type paint is a two-component paint, it should be prepared as needed, and the amount should be prepared as needed, and it should be used up within the specified application period. Construction tools should be immediately cleaned with specified solvents.
