Some standard content:

GE/T 4181--1997
This standard version is the first revised version of the national standard GB4181-84 tungsten wire. In this revised version, the brand WAL3 and the column of the use of each brand are deleted, (B) is added to indicate the maximum diameter of the white wire from 12m to 350m, and the shortest length of each tungsten wire is modified. The performance requirements for wire winding with a diameter of 12μm~20μm are added. At the same time, the performance requirements for wire winding with a diameter greater than 120μm~500μm are also specified; the push-pull test is changed to five push-pull sections, and three sections are continuous as qualified; the unit of tensile strength is changed from gf/mg to the national standard unit x/mm2, and N/mg is listed at the same time for ease of operation: in the high temperature performance, the d0.4mm tungsten wire droop performance, metallographic requirements and inspection methods are added, and the original standard creep resistance test and high temperature annealing test and metallographic inspection are used under the approval of both supply and demand parties: in the inspection rules, the GB2828 one-time normal sampling plan is used to replace the percentage sampling in the original standard. In addition, according to the requirements of GB/I1.1-1993, the original national standard GB4181-84 has been edited. From the date of implementation, this standard will replace GB4181-84 at the same time. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard. Appendix B and Appendix C of this standard are the appendices of the prompt. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Standardization and Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Electronics Industry. The drafting units of this standard are: the Standardization Research Institute of the Ministry of Electronics Industry, Chengdu Hongbo Industrial Co., Ltd., and the State-owned Shuguang Tungsten Material Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Li Xiaoying, Zhou Jikui, Sun Xiaohou, and Wu Man. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification and naming, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of tungsten wires. This standard applies to filaments, hot wires, anodes, filaments, and black and white tungsten wires used in electric light sources and electric devices. 2 Referenced Standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid, and all standards will be revised. All parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB2828·87 Batch inspection counting sampling procedures and table (applicable to continuous batch inspection) GB410583 Tungsten wire droop test method
GB4194-84 Tungsten wire creep test, high temperature treatment and metallographic inspection method GB4324-84 Tungsten chemical analysis method
3 Classification and naming
Tungsten wire grades are classified according to different methods to test their winding performance. The grade naming and type should comply with the provisions of Table 1 Table 1
Note: "T\ type tungsten wire uses the "push control\ method or low-power core wire winding spiral to test its winding performance; "L" type uses spiral winding to test its winding performance: *W\ type pigeon wire uses bending test to test its brittleness. Grade front slave (B) indicates white tungsten wire 4 Requirements
