Compared with GB/T4138.-1S93, this standard has the following changes: GB/T4138-2004 According to the provisions of B/T178036 "Product Brand Designation Method", the word "brand" is used to indicate the product instead of the word "brand". The special index of Ce/RE is added, and the corresponding analysis method is specified in Appendix A of GB/T4137, and the 19 brands of the original standard are refined to 15 brands. The content of the group in the energy content alloy is adjusted from 44% to 45%. The content of MyO2 is added. This standard was proposed by the National Development and Reform Commission Office. This standard will be issued by the National Rare Earth Technology Committee. This standard was drafted by Baosteel Rare Earth Factory. The drafters of this standard are Qi Bei, Ping Liliu, Jia Tahua, Zhu Zhuhua, and Kang Jinwen.
