This standard replaces GB/T415--1993 Rare earth magnesium ferrosilicon alloy 3. Compared with GB/T4138.-1S93, this standard has the following changes: GB/T4138-2004
According to the provisions of B/T178036 "Product Brand Designation Method", the word "brand" is used to indicate the product instead of the word "brand".
The special index of Ce/RE is added, and the corresponding analysis method is specified in Appendix A of GB/T4137, and the 19 brands of the original standard are refined to 15 brands. The content of the group in the energy content alloy is adjusted from 44% to 45%. The content of MyO2 is added.
This standard was proposed by the National Development and Reform Commission Office. This standard will be issued by the National Rare Earth Technology Committee. 3.3 The appearance of the product should be crisp, not powdery, and the cross section should be bright or yellow. The inspection shall be conducted by the buyer. 5.2 Group Batch t||The batch acceptance should be strictly carried out. The batch should consist of products of the same brand and the same particle size. The annual batch should not exceed 2500kg. 5.3 Qualification inspection items
Each batch of products should be inspected for chemical composition, finishing and appearance. 5.4 Sampling and sample preparation
The chemical composition of the products shall be sampled and prepared in accordance with the provisions of G4G12. The particle size of the products shall be sampled within a batch and the inspection shall be carried out. 5.5 Determination of inspection results
Chemical composition If the results of the particle size analysis or particle size analysis do not meet the requirements of this standard, double tests shall be conducted on the batch of products. If the unqualified items are still not met, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Packaging
