This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, warranty period, marking, packaging and transportation of centrifugal ventilators for mines (hereinafter referred to as "ventilators").

Fans shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures or according to the requirements of the agreement (contract) between the supply and demand parties.
3.1 Product performance
3.1.1 Each series of fans should be tested for aerodynamic performance and a typical aerodynamic performance curve should be drawn. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 13, 1993 304

3.1.2 At rated speed, within the working area, the deviation between the measured aerodynamic performance curve of the fan and the typical performance curve should meet the following requirements:
a. At the specified fan full pressure or static pressure, the corresponding flow deviation is ±5%, or at the specified flow, the corresponding fan full pressure or static pressure deviation is ±5%:
b. The fan full pressure efficiency shall not be less than 5% of its corresponding point efficiency. Note: (i) The typical performance curve refers to the performance curve confirmed during the identification of new products. ② Deviation - measured set standard value × 100%. Standard value
3 Noise measurement should be carried out on all series of fans, and the noise characteristic curve of the specific A sound level should be drawn. The specific A sound level should comply with the provisions of "3.1. 3

The effective value of the vibration velocity shall not exceed 4.6mm/s. 3.2 Structure
3.2.1 Basic design requirements
3.2.1.1 Under the specified working conditions, the design life of the fan and its auxiliary equipment shall be at least 10 years (except for wearing parts), and the safe operation time before the first overhaul shall be not less than 18,000 hours. The design life of the rolling bearing shall be not less than 25,000 hours. 3.2.1.2 The critical speed of the rigid shaft of the fan shall be more than 1.3 times the maximum working speed. 3.2.1.3 The type, size, parameters and performance curve of the fan shall comply with the provisions of GB3235 and JB/T6885 "Dimensions of Circular Flanges of Fans".
3.2.1.4
For fans with the same machine number in the same series, their components (including spare parts and spare components) shall be interchangeable. 3.2.1.5 The supplier is not responsible for the basic design of the fan, but the supplier shall provide the following data: static and dynamic loads and application points of the fan; a.

The requirements for the amplitude and frequency of its foundation. 3.2.1.6 Exposed couplings or pulleys should be equipped with removable protective devices. 3.2.1.7 The installation surface of the fan should be flat and in good contact with the foundation surface or platform. 3.2.1.8 The fan impeller rotates clockwise when viewed from the drive end, and can also rotate counterclockwise if necessary. The fan's highest efficiency point should be within the stable area. 3.2.1.9
3.2.2 Casing
3.2.2.1 The casing is generally made of steel plates, and its shape should ensure that the inhaled medium can enter the impeller evenly and be effectively guided to the outlet when discharged from the impeller. No pulsation or large vortex should be generated, and pressure loss should be reduced. 3.2.2.2 For fans with a rotor diameter equal to or greater than 2500mm, the casing and air inlet box are allowed to be partially made of cement structure. 3.2.2.3 The casing should have sufficient rigidity to minimize the deformation and vibration of the casing. 3.2.2.4 In order to reduce gas leakage at the joint of the center flange, it is allowed to fill the flange with sealing filler. 3.2.2.5 The side plates and volute plates of the casing are allowed to be spliced, and the requirements shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ72039. 3.2.3 Impeller
3.2.3.1 The impeller is generally a welded structure, and the welding quality shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ72038. 3.2.3.2 The wheel disc and the hub are clearance-fitted, and are generally connected by rivets. The riveting quality shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ72039. 3.2.3.3 The wheel disc and wheel cover are allowed to be spliced, and the requirements shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ72039. 3.2.3.4 Each impeller shall be balanced and corrected, and its balance quality grade shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ72042. 3.2.3.5 The impeller shall meet the requirements of overrunning at 110% of the maximum operating speed and comply with the provisions of JB/T6445. 3.2.3.6 The impeller and the main shaft are generally connected by keys, and there should be fastening devices in the longitudinal direction of the shaft, and they must not be loose during operation. 305

3.2.3.7 The impeller should have sufficient rigidity and should not be deformed during transportation and operation. 3.2.3.8 The profile, assembly and processing accuracy of the blades should comply with the provisions of ZBJ72039. 3.2.3.9 Except for the shaft hole, the other surfaces of the impeller shall be painted R03 bright red paint in accordance with GB3181 or in accordance with the contract. 3.2.4 Main shaft
3.2.4.1 The main shaft is generally made of high-quality carbon steel and has sufficient strength and rigidity. 3.2.4.2 When the main shaft is made of forged steel, stress relief treatment should be carried out. 3.2.5 Bearings
3.2.5.1 Rolling bearings are generally used for fans, and their specifications and dimensions shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 3.2.5.2 The matching of rolling bearings with shafts and housings shall comply with the provisions of GB275. 3.2.5.3 Rolling bearings shall be lubricated with grease that meets the use conditions. 3.2.5.4 The shaft hole of the bearing box shall be equipped with a shaft seal to prevent grease leakage and impurities from invading. 3.2.5.5 Sliding bearings can be used for fans with machine numbers above No. 28. 3.2.6 Coupling
The coupling of the fan should generally be selected according to (B4323. 3.2.7 Pulley
3.2.7.1 The fan generally uses a V-belt pulley made of cast iron. 3.2.7.2 The V-belt should comply with the provisions of GB1171, and the belt speed shall not exceed 25m/s. 3.2.7.3 The pulley that is not fully machined should be balanced and corrected according to the provisions of ZBJ72042. 3.2.8 Instruments
3.2.8.1 A temperature monitoring device should be installed at the bearing. 3.2.8.2 If the purchaser has requirements, other temperature monitoring instruments should be specified in the contract. 3.3 Materials of main parts
3.3.1 The selected materials shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards and have a material certificate; for materials without corresponding standards, the chemical composition, mechanical properties and test requirements shall be given.
3.3.2 The materials used for rotating parts shall be subject to chemical inspection and have an inspection report. There shall be no cracks or repair welding of cracks. 3.3.3 For non-rotating parts, cracks can be repaired while ensuring strength, but they must be cleaned and flattened after repair. 3.4 Manufacturing
3.4.1 Casting requirements
3.4.1.1 The quality of cast iron parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6887 "Technical Conditions for Cast Iron Parts for Fans". 3.4.1.2 The quality of steel castings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6888 & "Technical Conditions for Castings for Fans". 3.4.2 Welding requirements
3.4.2.1 The welding quality shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ72038. 3.4.2.2 Fan welders must pass the "Fan welder assessment standards" before they can weld rotating parts. 3.4.2.3 After welding rotating parts, the weld must be visually inspected and no cracks are allowed. The internal inspection of the weld should be specified in the drawing. 3.4.2.4 The welding rod should be selected according to the material of the part, and its mechanical properties should not be lower than those of the parent material. 3.5 Assembly requirements
3.5.1 The supplier should assemble the fan and its accessories at the manufacturer within the scope allowed by the maximum size of the shipped parts to meet the requirement of minimum assembly at the site of use.
3.5.2 Parts assembled on site should be correctly printed and marked in obvious places. 3.5.3 For fans with coupling drive, the supplier should provide the axial clearance value of the coupling. 3.5.4 The radial single-side clearance between the air inlet and the inlet of the impeller cover is 0.15%~0.40% of the impeller diameter, and the axial overlap length is 0.8%~1.2% of the impeller diameter.
3.5.5 The center hole of the casing should be coaxial with the shaft. The minimum difference between the hole diameter and the shaft diameter shall not be less than 2.5mm, and the maximum shall not be greater than 306

3.6 Others
3.6.1 Appearance and cleanliness

3.6.1.1 The inner and outer surfaces of the casting should be smooth, without bubbles, cracks and defects with significantly uneven thickness. 3.6.1.2 The outer surface of the casing should be clean, well-proportioned and flat, and the welding points should be repaired and flat. 3.6.1.3 The inner surface of the casing should be coated with anti-rust paint, and the outer surface should be coated with anti-rust paint and decorative paint. 3.6.1.4 The painting of the fan should comply with the provisions of JB/T6886 "Technical Conditions for Painting of Fans". 3.6.1.5 The bearing parts shall not leak oil.

4 Test methods
4.1 The aerodynamic performance test of the fan shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB1236. For fans with machine numbers above No. 28, the aerodynamic performance test of the fan may be carried out on-site in accordance with the provisions of GB10178. 4.2 Conduct the noise test of the fan in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2888. 4.3 Mechanical operation test of the fan
Accelerate the speed from zero to the specified speed, and measure the bearing temperature rise and vibration after the bearing temperature stabilizes for at least 20 minutes. The vibration should be in accordance with the provisions of 307

7.2.1
The packaging of the fan shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6444. 7.2.2 Simple packaging is allowed, and the materials shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6444, but the motor, instrument, bearing, coupling and pulley must be waterproof and moisture-proof, and the instrument shall be vibration-proof. 7.2.3 Protective measures shall be taken for flange connectors, and 10mm or thicker wooden boards or other suitable materials can be used to fix them on the flange surface. 7.3 Transportation

4 Test methods
4.1 Carry out the aerodynamic performance test of the ventilator according to the provisions of GB1236.
