This specification is managed and interpreted by the Capital Construction Bureau of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. January 13, 1982 Wang Cheng Construction Standard Full Text Information System Engineering Construction Standard Full Text Information System Preparation Instructions According to the arrangement of the National Construction Committee (78) Jianfa Shizi No. 514, our department organized the Ministry of Petroleum, Metallurgy, Second Machinery, Electric Power and Sichuan, Jiangsu, Fujian and Shanxi Provincial Construction Committees to jointly compile the "Industrial Pipeline Engineering Construction and Acceptance Specification" (Metal Pipeline). This specification summarizes the experience of my country's metal industrial pipeline engineering design, construction and production and use over the past 30 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China. During the compilation process, we conducted extensive investigations and studies, solicited opinions from relevant departments across the country many times, held various types of seminars, discussions and review meetings, and referred to international and domestic standards. After repeated revisions, an approval meeting was held to review and finalize the draft. This specification is arranged according to the construction procedures of industrial pipeline engineering and is divided into ten chapters. Chapter 1 stipulates the scope of application and general requirements of this specification. Chapters 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 make basic provisions for material inspection, pipeline processing, welding, installation, system testing, purging and cleaning, painting, insulation and other projects. Chapter 10 is the basic requirements for project acceptance. With the development of construction, new technologies, new processes, new materials and new machines will continue to emerge. It is hoped that all units will seriously summarize experience and actively provide improvement suggestions in the process of implementing this specification so as to supplement and revise it in the future. This specification is managed by the Infrastructure Bureau of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, and the specific interpretation work is the responsibility of the Construction Company of Lanzhou Chemical Industry Corporation.
