Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Medical Bathing Machine for Livestock 1 Subject Content and Scope of Application Test Method JB/T7140.393 This standard specifies the test conditions and test requirements, performance test and production test methods and the processing of test results of the medical bathing machine for livestock (hereinafter referred to as the medical bathing machine). This standard is applicable to the test of the medical bathing machine with the upper and lower nozzles as the convection circular bathing field. Other types of medical bathing machines can also be used for reference. 2 Reference standards GB5662 GB5667 Axial suction high-center pump (16bar) Marking, performance and dimensions Agricultural machinery production test methods JB/T7140.2 Technical conditions for livestock medicated bath machinery 3 Test conditions and requirements 3.1 Fill in the main technical characteristics of the medicated bath machine in Table 1. 3.2 The test site should generally be close to the water source, and its slope should be 3°~5°. 3.3 The medicated bath machine must be debugged before the test, and the test can only be carried out after it operates normally. 3.4 The test instruments and meters must be within the effective calibration period, and their accuracy should be able to meet the requirements of the test items. The test instruments and meters are shown in Appendix A (reference). 3.5 The livestock used in the test are mainly adult sheep 5 to 20 days after shearing. The test water is clean water at room temperature. 3.7 The ratio of the test drugs and liquids shall comply with the livestock epidemic prevention standards. 3.8 The relative error between the actual speed and the calibrated speed of the drug bath machine shall not exceed 5%. 3.9 The tolerance of the water pump flow and head shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 of GB5662. 3.10 Meteorological conditions 3.10.1 Wind direction and wind speed The wind speed should generally not exceed level 4 (7.9m/s). During the test, the wind direction and anemometer are placed 1.5m above the ground for measurement, and the results are recorded in Table 2. 3.10.2 Ambient temperature and weather conditions The ambient temperature should not be lower than 10℃. Measure the ambient temperature and describe the weather conditions in words, such as sunny, cloudy, etc. The results are recorded in Table 2. 4 Performance test Assess the performance indicators and main technical and economic indicators of the drug bath machine. Each item was measured three times under rated working conditions, and the average value was taken. The results were recorded in Table 3. 4.1 Bathing area diameter Measure the bathing area diameter with a ruler. 4.2 Coefficient of variation of uniformity of spraying wine Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on November 21, 1993 Implemented on March 1, 1994 JB/T 7140.393 Evenly distribute 10 measuring cups at any radius of 60cm on the inner diameter of the bathing area. The spraying time for each time shall not be less than 1 minute. Weigh the water intake of the measuring cups and record the results in Table 4. The average spraying amount, standard deviation and coefficient of variation were calculated according to formula (1), formula (2) and formula (3) respectively. x In the formula: x Arithmetic mean of the amount of wine sprayed - g: Number of measuring cups; X-water intake of the ith measuring cup, g; S-standard deviation of the amount of wine sprayed·g: V-coefficient of variation, %; X-water intake of the measuring cup, g. 4.3 Recycling of liquid medicine (XX)2 × 100 Check whether the liquid medicine after spraying can be automatically recycled into the liquid medicine pool by observing whether there are impurities such as hair and weeds shed by livestock in the liquid medicine. 4.4 Number of sheep bathing per unit area Measure the number of sheep bathing at the bathing place and the area of the bathing place, and calculate the number of sheep bathing per unit area according to formula (4). G W-bath area, m\; N-number of sheep bathed once, pcs; W-bath area, m\. Time for a pure bath Record the time from the start of spraying to the end of spraying, and measure it at the same time as the bath permeability. 4.6 Bath permeability After spraying once according to the prescribed spraying time, randomly select 10 sheep to check the bathing condition of the sheep body surface. Record the parts specified in Table 5 and record the results in Table 3. Bath permeability is calculated according to formula (5). B W+B×100 W-bath permeability, %; B-bath permeability items, items; W-unbathed items, items. 4.7 Number of basic operators The number of staff required to drive the sheep into the bathing area and drive them out of the bathing area after the bathing. 4.8 Bearing temperature rise Before the machine is operated and after 1 hour of continuous operation, use a point thermometer to measure the bearing temperature. Record the difference and take the maximum value. ·(5) 4.9 Observe whether the spray angles of the nozzles other than the propulsion nozzle are consistent when spraying under standard working pressure, and whether there is alternating jet and liquid spray during spraying. 4.10 After shutdown, observe whether there is leakage at the control valve, welding pipe fittings and pipe fitting joints. 5 Production test 5.1 Test day Assess the reliability and performance stability of the medicated bath machine in actual use, the service life of the main components and wearing parts, and the economic efficiency of use. 8 5.2 General requirements JB/T7140.393 5.2.1 The test prototype should be maintained and serviced according to the product manual, and equipped with full-time personnel to conduct the test. 5.2.2 The cumulative number of sheep bathing for single machine assessment shall not be less than 100 times. 5.3 Test content During the production test, production records should be kept every day, from which various types of time, number of sheep bathing, and consumption of liquid medicine and oil should be sorted out to calculate the technical and economic indicators of the prototype, and the results should be included in Tables 6 to 8 respectively. 5.3.1 Time classification It shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.3 of GB5667. 5.3.2 Assessment content Test conditions, test items and test methods shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 of this standard; record and count various types of time in each shift; Record and count the amount of sheep bathing and the consumption of liquid medicine and oil in each shift; record various faults of the prototype and conduct technical analysis, take photos when necessary, and record the results in Table 9: the deformation and damage of the main wearing parts should be checked before and after the test, and the results should be recorded in Table 10; observe the convenience of adjustment and maintenance of the prototype.
