Filter bag frame technical conditions
1 Subject content and scope of application
JB/T 5917--91
This standard stipulates bag dust removal Terminology, type, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation conditions of filter bag frames for appliances.
This standard applies to the design, manufacturing, inspection and use of bag filter bag frames. 2 Terms
Filter bag frame: A component used to support the filter bag so that it can be tensioned and maintain a certain shape during filtration and dust cleaning. 3 Types of filter bag frames
3.1 According to the shape of the filter bag, it can be divided into round bag frame and flat bag frame. 3.1.1 Round bag frame refers to the frame used for cylindrical filter bags. 3.1.2 Flat bag frame refers to the frame used for flat-shaped (envelope-shaped), trapezoidal, wedge-shaped and other non-circular shaped filter bags. 3.2 According to the loading and unloading method, it can be divided into top-mounted frame and side-mounted frame. 3.2.1 The top-mounted frame refers to the frame that is loaded and unloaded from the upper part of the bag dust collector. 3.2.2 Side-mounted frame refers to the frame that is loaded and unloaded from one side of the bag dust collector. 3.3 According to the structure of the frame itself, it can be divided into cage frame, tension spring frame and segmented frame. 3.3.1 Cage frame refers to a cage-shaped frame composed of support rings and longitudinal bars. 3.3.2 Tension spring frame refers to a frame made of steel wire wound into a tension spring shape. 3.3.3 Segmented frame refers to a frame composed of two or more sections of cage frames spliced ??together. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 The cage frame requires that the support rings and longitudinal bars are evenly distributed, and should have sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the gas pressure of the filter bag during filtration and dust cleaning, and to prevent it from being transported during normal transportation. and damage and deformation caused by collisions and impacts during installation. 4.2 The tension spring frame should have sufficient turns and elasticity, and the spacing should be even after opening. 4.3 All welding points of the filter bag frame should be welded firmly, and desoldering, weak welding and missing welding are not allowed. 4.4 The surface in contact between the filter bag frame and the filter bag should be smooth and clean, and no welding scars, unevenness or burrs are allowed. 4.5 The surface of the filter bag frame must undergo anti-corrosion treatment and be electroplated, spray-coated or painted according to different needs. If it is used at high temperatures, its anti-corrosion treatment should meet the requirements of the operating temperature.
4.6 The diameter, circumference, length and verticality deviation of the filter bag frame should comply with the regulations in Tables 1 to 4. The Ministry of Mechanical and Electronic Industry approved the implementation on 1992-10-01 on 1991-12-25

JB/T 5917-91||tt| |Inspect the Idehiro filter bag frame one by one. It is required that the anti-corrosion layer on the surface of the filter bag frame is intact and free of peeling, scratches, burrs, and unevenness, and that the longitudinal ribs are free of bends, desoldering, false welding, and missing welds. 5.1.2 Randomly sample 15% of each batch of filter bag frames for the following inspections. 5.1.2.1 Use needle felt to make a filter bag that closely matches the filter bag frame to be inspected. It is 300mm long and has no bottom. It should be inserted into the filter bag frame and then pulled out. There should be no damage from the needle punch.
5.1.2.2 Use vernier calipers or steel tape measure to measure the diameter, length and circumference of the filter bag frame. The deviation value should comply with the requirements in Table 1 and Table 3. 5.1.2.3 Place one end of the filter bag frame on a horizontal flat plate, and use a hanging wire weight to measure its verticality. The deviation value should comply with the requirements in Table 4.
5.1.2.4 If there are any unqualified products after inspection, the sampling inspection should be doubled; if there are still unqualified products, all the products in the batch should be reworked and can only be produced after passing the inspection one by one.
5.2 Type test
5.2.1 Type test should be carried out in the following situations: the first batch of produced filter bag frames;
a.
b.
When the production process and materials used change; batch production of filter bag frames should be carried out once a year. c.
5.2.2 Sampling method
Randomly select 5% (not less than 3) of the finished products for testing. If there is any unqualification, double the sampling test. If there is still unqualification, the All batches of products must be reworked and must pass the test one by one before leaving the factory. 5.2.3 Test content
5.2.3.1 Carry out in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.1. 5.2.3.2 Put the test filter bag frame into the entire needle felt filter bag, and then put it into a thick plastic bag of the same size. After the frame mouth is sealed, a negative pressure of 3000Pa is added. After 1 hour, the filter bag frame should have no deformation. Bending, desoldering. 6 Marking, packaging, storage and transportation conditions
6.1. Marking, packaging
6.11 One end of the filter bag frame should have a grid mark and the factory name. 6.1.2 If the filter bag frame leaves the factory with the dust collector, it can be assembled in the dust collector without separate packaging, but the suspended end of the filter bag frame should be fixed. 6.1.3 When the filter bag frame is shipped separately, it should be packed in a plastic bag or paper package, and packed into boxes if necessary. There should be a logo printed on the outside of the box or bag, including: brand name, product name, specifications, quantity and date of manufacture. 6.2 Storage and transportation
6.2.1 During transportation, the filter bag frame should be reliably fixed and should not be heavily pressed to avoid collision and impact, and should be protected from rain and water immersion. 6.2.2 Corrosive gases should be avoided during storage, and measures should be taken to prevent rain and flooding.
