5 Test method
5.1 Specifications and shoelace thickness
0.20~0.40
≥130
≥140
Measure the specifications with a gauge with an accuracy of 0.5 mm. The sole thickness inspection part refers to the sole edge. The shoelace thickness is measured with a gauge with an accuracy of 0.1 mm.
5.2 Appearance
Visually inspect under normal light and measure with a gauge with an accuracy of 0.5 mm. 5.3 Physical and mechanical properties
5.3.1 Sample preparation
The sample should be a product that has been stored for no less than 5 days. The middle foam layer of the sole is tested, and the thickness of the sheet is 2.0~~2.5mm. The surface of the sample should be flat and free of defects such as mechanical processing damage. 5.3.2 Sample state adjustment
According to the standard environment and normal deviation range in GB2918, the state adjustment time is no less than 4h, and the test is carried out under this condition.
5.3.3 Density of soles
5.3.3.1 The sample is in the shape of a disc, with a diameter of 36mm and a thickness of 2.0~2.5mm. The thickness is measured at 5 points with a dial indicator, and the arithmetic average 523
value is taken. Each group of samples shall have no less than 3 pieces.
QB/T1652—92
5.3.3.2 The inductance is 0.001g balance, weigh the mass of the sample and calculate its volume. 5.3.3.3 Density (g/cm2) is calculated according to formula (2): p=
Where: m——mass of the sample in air, g; V-volume of the sample, cm~.
5.3.3.4 The test results are expressed as the arithmetic mean of each group of samples. 5.3.4 The tensile strength and elongation at break of the sole shall be carried out in accordance with GB1040.
Test speed (250±50) mm/min, the sample size is shown in Figure 1 of QB/T1653, and its thickness is 2.0~2.5mm. 5.3.5 Shore hardness of the sole and shoelace
shall be carried out in accordance with GB2411.
For the sole, take 3 overlapping pieces of 20mm×20mm samples, and for the shoelace, take 4 overlapping pieces of whole shoelace samples (thickness range is 6.0~7.5mm). Each group shall measure 1 point, and the samples shall be no less than 3 groups. The test results shall be expressed as the arithmetic mean of each group of samples. 5.3.6 Pull-out force of shoelace and sole
Perform according to GB3807.
5.3.7 Breaking force of shoelace head
Perform according to GB3807.
