This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of dewatering screen bars for coal.
This standard applies to the screen bars (hereinafter referred to as screen bars) of the slotted screen plates and screen baskets used for dewatering, demediation, desludging and classification on coal fixed screens, curved screens, vibrating screens, filter centrifuges and other equipment. 2

The types of dewatering screen bars for coal are recommended to be the types listed in Table 1. 3.1

Screen bars should comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2
The main dimensions listed in Table 2 are recommended for the cross section of the screen bar. Table 2

5.1 The raw material wire for manufacturing the screen bar should have a quality certificate from the supplier. If there is no certificate, the screen bar manufacturer should inspect the raw materials and only those that are qualified can be used.
5.2 The main dimensions of the screen bar section (see Table 2) are measured with a -T scale with a scale value of 0.01mm and a vernier caliper with a scale value of 0.02mm. 5.3 The surface roughness of the back of the screen bar is visually compared with the roughness sample. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 The screen bar should be inspected before leaving the factory, and the items are: a. The main dimensions of the screen bar section should meet the requirements of Table 2; b. The surface roughness of the back of the screen bar should meet the requirements of Article 4.3; C. The raw material wire of the screen bar should have a quality certificate from the supplier or the manufacturer's physical and chemical test records of the raw materials. 2

6.2 The user has the right to accept the product according to this standard. The acceptance shall be carried out by one or two sampling plans, and the plan shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 The factory products shall have a product certificate, the contents of which include: a. Product name;
Product model or mark;
Factory date or production date;
Inspection date and inspection personnel's stamp;
Manufacturer's name.
The surface of the product outer packaging shall be marked with:
Receiving station name, receiving unit;
Shipping station name, shipping number;
Product name, quantity, specifications;
d. Manufacturer's name.
7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 The outer packaging of the product can be wooden boxes or other packaging materials. 7.2.2 Each outer packaging must be accompanied by a product certificate. 7.3 Transportation and storage
7.3.1 Rain and moisture protection measures should be taken during transportation. 7.3.2 It should be stored in a dry and non-corrosive place. 8 Manufacturing guarantee
8.1 The manufacturer should ensure that the product meets the requirements of this standard when it leaves the factory. 8.2 If the user complies with the storage, transportation, installation and reasonable use rules, within 6 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer and within 3 months of use, if the screen bar is damaged or cannot be used normally, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repairing or replacing it for the user.
