The heating medium is air, the test temperature is (120±2)℃, and the test time is 30min. 4.4.4 Water vapor transmission rate The test shall be carried out in accordance with GB1037, and the test conditions shall be condition B. 4.4.5 Oxygen transmission rate The test shall be carried out in accordance with GB1038, and the temperature shall be (23 ± 1) °C. 4.4.6 Dynamic friction coefficient The test shall be carried out in accordance with GB10006. 4.5 Hygienic properties 4.5.1 Vinylidene chloride monomer and vinyl chloride monomer shall be tested in accordance with GB/T14943. 4.5.2 Evaporation residue, potassium permanganate consumption, heavy metal and decolorization tests shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T5009.60. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Batch The casing film shall be accepted in batches. The casing film produced with the same brand of raw materials and the same process conditions shall be a batch of less than 10t. 5.2 Sampling The specifications and appearance of casing film samples shall be taken in accordance with the normal inspection secondary sampling plan in GB2828, see Table 5. Each roll of casing film is a sample unit. The physical and mechanical properties and hygienic properties samples of casing film are cut from different sample units of any sample taken. Casing film with a width of less than 130mm is cut from the same batch of film rolls that can meet the sample requirements. The manufacturer shall retain no less than 1m2 of test samples for each batch of products for physical and mechanical property tests. Type inspection is required in any of the following situations: a) Trial design and identification of new products or old products for transfer to factory production; b) Once a year in normal production; c) When there are major changes in formula and process; d) When production is resumed after suspension for more than half a year; e) When there is a big difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection; f) When the quality supervision agency makes an inspection request. 5.4 Judgment rules 5.4.1 Judgment of sample unit quality If the specifications and appearance items do not meet the standard requirements, the item of the sample is unqualified. 5.4.2 Judgment of delivery batch quality 5.4.2.1 Specifications and appearance items are carried out according to Table 5, inspection level 1, qualified quality level (AQL) 4.0. 5.4.2.2 If all specifications and appearance items are qualified, the specifications and appearance of this batch of products are qualified. 5.4.2.3 If the average values of various tests of physical and mechanical properties meet the requirements of the standard, the physical and mechanical properties of the batch are qualified; if they are unqualified, and they are still unqualified after double sampling and retesting, the physical and mechanical properties of the batch are unqualified. 5.4.2.4 If all the hygiene indicators meet the requirements of the standard, the hygiene indicators of the batch are qualified. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 6.1 Marking Each box of casing film should be accompanied by a product certificate, which should indicate the manufacturer's name, product name, registered trademark, manufacturing date, product specifications, length of each roll, grade, standard number, inspector's seal, etc. The carton should indicate the manufacturer's name, address, product name, product specifications, number of rolls, and moisture-proof and heat-proof marks. 6.2 Packaging Casing film is packaged in corrugated paper boxes with plastic bags as the inner lining. Each roll of casing film is loaded into the box in the vertical direction of the core tube, and the bag mouth is tied tightly. The carton is sealed with tape. If other requirements are required, the supply and demand parties shall agree on them. 6.3 Transportation The products should be handled with care during transportation, and prevent mechanical collisions and exposure to the sun and rain. They should not be transported together with toxic and hazardous substances. 6.4 Storage The products should be stored vertically in a clean, cool and dry warehouse with a room temperature of 15-25℃. The cartons should not be damaged and they should not be stored together with toxic and hazardous substances.
