4 Technical requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 The product shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the technical procedures specified in this standard, 4.1.2 The materials used in the production of the product must have a certificate of conformity, otherwise the materials shall be physically and chemically tested before use: they shall be used only if they are qualified. 4.5,3 The butt welds of the pressure-bearing parts shall be partially inspected by radiography, and the inspection length shall be no less than 2% of the total length of the weld. For the butt welds of non-pressure vessels with a penetration area of more than 30㎡, the inspection length shall be no less than 10% of the total length of the weld. The inspection result shall not be lower than the three-level film specified in GB3323. 1.5,4 After the transformer components are manufactured, they should be tested with water pressure of 1.26 times the design pressure and not less than P+1.1MP (P is the gauge pressure). The welds should be tight. 4.5.5 The welds of non-pressure parts should be tested with oil and no leakage should be found. 4.6 Surface requirements
The welds on the cover, steel body and inner surface of the boiler should be smooth and polished. The surface roughness should be the same as that of the adjacent base material. The outer surface of the boiler body should be polished to the same surface roughness. The maximum allowable value is 1.6μm. There should be no magnetic or mechanical damage. The polished surface should be treated with acid erosion to resist bottom corrosion. 1.7 Operation noise
When the product is running without load, the noise should not be higher than the sound pressure level B5dB (A). 4.8 Surface coating
The paint on the outer surface of the product should meet the requirements of B2536. The coating should be firm, the color should be uniform, smooth and flat, and there should be no defects such as fusion, super-single and obvious defects. 4.9 Product reliability indicators
4.9.1 The mean time between failures (MTBF) of the product shall not be less than 4000h. 4.8.2 The maximum service life shall not be less than 40000h, of which the reducer part shall not be less than 10000. 4.9-3 The service life of the product shall not be less than 20 years, of which the reducer part shall not be less than 15 years. 5 Test method
5.1 The performance test of the whole machine is carried out after the product is installed and qualified in the factory. The test items are as follows: * The product is tested at rated speed with no load for at least 2 hours. The test should be in accordance with 4.2.3 and 4.2.4. Requirements
b: The product load test shall be carried out after the inspection and verification, and the test time shall not be less than 2 hours, and shall comply with the requirements of d.2.1.2.2.2 and 4.8.3.
5.2 Check the verticality of the product by hanging a line: Take the center point of the upper opening of the cover as the standard, hang a line downward, and let it pass through the center of the steel outlet connection plate, and measure the axis of the pot teeth. The assumptions in 1.3.1 shall be met. 5.3 Use a hose level to check the verticality of the product, take the inspection line on the steel body as the standard, and set the two glass parts of the hose level at two mutually reflected positions on the pot body, so that the two glass parts of the hose level are aligned (repeat the alignment test at the same time), and set a "standard level" on the flat surface of the pot bottom outlet connection plate to check the verticality of the pot bottom plane to the center of the pot body. The verticality shall comply with the provisions of 1.3.2. 5.4 Check the standard melting point of the pot cover, pot body and pot bottom according to JE741 and JB2880. S.5 Radiographic flaw detection of pressure parts shall be carried out according to the relevant provisions of GB3323: the results of flaw detection inspection shall comply with the provisions of 4.5.3.
5.6 After the product is installed on site, the steel shall be tested for permeability. The vortex shall be fully heated and maintained for 10 hours without leakage (this test can be replaced by continuous submersion test). The boiler (or heating device) shall be subjected to water pressure test. The test pressure shall be maintained at 30m according to the provisions of 4.5.4, and no leakage shall be allowed. 5.7 Noise test. The product noise test method shall comply with the provisions of GB378. The tide point shall be tested at a distance of 10m from the base plane outside the transmission box and the environment. The noise calculation shall comply with the provisions of 4.7. 5.8 Product reliability test shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB5080. 6 Inspection Rules
Products.1 Products shall be inspected by the manufacturer and certified by the manufacturer according to this standard and other relevant standards before they can leave the factory. Pressure vessels must also be inspected by the pressure vessel supervision department before they can leave the factory. 6.2 Each product must be inspected before leaving the factory.
