3.1Type
This dynamic screen jigger is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to move the screen plate, and the selected product is dehydrated and lifted by the lifting wheel. 3.2The main performance parameters of the dynamic screen jigger are shown in Table 1. Table 1

4.1 The dynamic screen jig shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 General requirements
4.2.1 The machining dimensions without tolerances in the drawings shall not be lower than the IT15 grade in GB1804. The machining dimensions without shape and position tolerances in the drawings shall comply with the tolerances specified in the C grade in GB1184. 4.2.2 Forgings shall comply with the provisions of JB613. 4.2.3 Cast iron parts shall comply with the provisions of GB9439. 4.2.4 Welds and welded parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/ZQ4000.3. 4.2.5 Raw materials, parts, components, including purchased parts, shall be inspected according to their respective technical requirements and shall not be used until they are qualified or have documents sufficient to prove that their quality meets the technical requirements. 4.3 Structural requirements
4.3.1 The components of the moving screen jig shall be easy to disassemble, assemble and repair. 4.3.2 The overall dimensions of large components shall comply with the requirements of railway or road transportation. 4.3.3 The lifting wheel shall be able to rotate forward and reverse. 4.3.4 The dynamic screen mechanism should have a contactless reversing device. 4.3.5 There should be an automatic discharging device
4.3.6 The product chute after selection should be paved with wear-resistant materials. 4.4 Dynamic screen mechanism motion performance requirements
4.4.1 The frequency of the dynamic screen mechanism and the upper and lower running speeds of the dynamic screen mechanism should be able to achieve online stepless adjustment within the design value range. 4.4.2 The amplitude of the dynamic screen mechanism should be able to be adjusted steplessly within the range of 100 to 400 mm. 4.5 Requirements for the main components of the host
4.5.1 The parallelism tolerance of the center line of the two pin holes of the support head of the dynamic screen mechanism and the horizontal plane should be less than 0.5mm per meter length; the coaxiality tolerance of the two pin holes should be less than 0.5mm. 4.5.2 The size tolerance and shape and position tolerance of the discharging wheel transmission sprocket should comply with the provisions of GB1244. 4.5.3 The lifting wheel shall meet the following requirements:
The dimensional tolerance of the support rail surface is Js9.
The coaxiality tolerance between the chain support and its support rail surface is grade 10, and the dimensional tolerance of the chain support working surface is Js9. The coaxiality tolerance between the inner circle of the lifting wheel and the support rail surface is grade 10. The radial circle runout of the two bearings of the lifting wheel transmission main shaft shall not exceed 0.025mm. d.
The lifting wheel transmission reducer shall comply with the provisions of JB1130. The lifting wheel transmission shall have an overload protection device. f.
4.6 Hydraulic station
4.6.1 When assembling the hydraulic station, no dirt, dust or water shall be allowed to mix in. The oil tank and other parts shall be deburred and cleaned, and no metal chips, fibers or other impurities shall remain. The inner wall processing of the oil tank shall comply with relevant regulations. 326

4.6:2 The hydraulic station uses 32\ hydraulic oil. It is not allowed to mix different types of oil. 4.6.3 The hydraulic station is tested under the condition that the test pressure is 1.3 times the rated working pressure for 10 minutes. There shall be no leakage at the sealing joints.
4.6.4 The hydraulic station operates under rated conditions and the cooling water is normally supplied. The oil temperature of the oil tank shall not exceed 60℃. 4.7 Main machine assembly quality requirements
4.7.1 Water leakage is not allowed at the tank body welds and bolted joints. 4.7.2 When the dynamic screen mechanism is in the lowest position, the angle deviation between the screen plate and the horizontal plane shall not exceed ±15'. 4.7.3 The two sprockets of the discharge wheel transmission chain should be in the same vertical plane, and the side offset of the two sprockets should be less than 0.0015 times the center distance. 4.7.4 The coaxiality deviation between the motor output shaft and its adjacent dynamic screen pin shaft hole shall not exceed 10mm. 4.7.5 All four support wheels shall contact the support rail.
4.8 Performance requirements for the whole machine running without work
After the dynamic screen jig is assembled, the amplitude at the feeding end of the dynamic screen mechanism is 400mm, the cheek rate is 40min-1, the motor speed is the maximum, and the lifting wheel is running normally, it should meet the following requirements:
4.8.1 The lateral swing at the feeding end of the dynamic screen mechanism is not more than 3mm. 4.8.2 The operation of the discharge wheel should be flexible, without any jamming phenomenon, and the movement of the float and the discharge wheel should be coordinated; the discharge wheel transmission chain should not swing or jump. 4.8.3 The lifting wheel should run smoothly, without swinging, jumping or moving. 4.8.4 All moving parts and adjusting hand wheels should move flexibly, without collision and jamming, and without abnormal movement and noise. 4.8.5 No-load noise shall not be greater than 85dB(A) (sound pressure level). 4.9 Appearance quality requirements
4.9.1 Welded parts should be free of deformation, the outer surface should be straight, and there should be no flash, burrs and welding slag. 4.9.2 After the moving screen jig is inspected and qualified, anti-corrosion measures shall be taken for the exposed processed surface, and all exposed non-processed surfaces shall be painted. There shall be no cracks, bubbles, paint leakage, shedding, cracks, and different colors on the paint surface. 4.10 Reliability requirements
4.10.1 The service life of the reversing switch shall not be less than 6 million times. 4.10.2 The service life of the cylinder seal shall not be less than 3 million times. 4.10.3 The first overhaul period of the moving screen jig shall not be less than 6300h. 5 Test methods
5.1 Dimension inspection method for main parts of the main machine
5.1.1 Use conventional measuring tools and instruments that are suitable for the nominal size to inspect the dimensions of the main parts. 5.1.2 Use the dial gauge method to measure the requirements of 4.5.1. 5.1.3 Use a universal gear measuring instrument to measure the requirements of 4.5.2. 5.1.4 Place the lifting wheel on the workbench of the vertical lathe and use a dial indicator to measure the requirements of 4.5.3 a, b, and c. 5.1.5 Use a V-shaped iron or a center to measure the requirements of 4.5.3 d. 5.2 Quality inspection method for installation of the main machine
5.2.1 After installing the main machine according to the requirements of the installation drawing, use an optical inclinometer to measure the angle of the screen plate. 5.2.2 Use a level and a ruler to check and measure the side offset of the two transmission sprockets of the discharge wheel (measure at least two points). 5.2.3 Use a square and a ruler to measure the coaxiality deviation between the motor output shaft and the adjacent dynamic screen pin hole. 5.3 Machine Idle Running Test
5.3.1 Preparation before the test
a. Clean the oil tank according to the requirements of 4.6.1 and6.2 requires to fill the oil tank with oil. Connect the oil pipe according to the design drawing

d. Connect the electric control box to the hydraulic station and the main machine according to the installation drawing. e. Connect the cooling water pipe of the hydraulic station.
f. Prepare the instruments required for inspection and testing.
5.3.2 Start the lifting wheel alone, run it in both the forward and reverse directions for 10 minutes each, and check and record the operation of the lifting wheel according to 4.8.3. 5.3.3 Start the discharging wheel alone, put the knob in the manual gear, when the current of the controller increases from 0 to 500mA, the speed of the discharging wheel should increase from 0 to the maximum, put the knob in the automatic gear, set the bed thickness, move the float, and observe and record the operation of the discharging wheel according to 4.8.2.
5.3.4 Start the dynamic screen mechanism alone, adjust the distance between the two reversing switches to the maximum according to the requirements of Article 4.4.2, make the dynamic screen mechanism run 10 times at a slow reciprocating speed in the inching state and run at a frequency of 50min-1 for 10min in the automatic state, observe and record the lateral swing of the dynamic screen mechanism according to the requirements of Article 4.8.1.
5.3.5 Start the dynamic screen mechanism, the discharge wheel and the lifting wheel at the same time and run for 30min according to the requirements of Article 4.8.4. Observe and record their operation. 5.4 Dynamic screen mechanism motion performance test
5.4.1 The dynamic screen jig to be inspected shall be tested according to the provisions of Article 5.3 of this standard before the mechanism motion performance test can be carried out. 5.4.2 Adjust the amplitude to the maximum according to the requirements of Article 4.4.2, put the dynamic screen mechanism reversing in the automatic gear, adjust the rising and falling speeds of the dynamic screen, and its adjustment range and frequency shall meet the requirements of Articles 3.2 and 4.4, and keep records. 5.5 Hydraulic station oil temperature test
5.5.1 Pre-test preparation is the same as 5.3.1. 5.5.2 When cooling water is normally supplied, the oil cylinder piston rod amplitude is 400mm, the movement frequency is 50min-1 and the oil motor speed is the maximum, the oil tank oil temperature should meet the requirements of 4.6.4 when it runs continuously for more than 4h. The oil temperature should be recorded every 30min. 5.6 Hydraulic station sealing test
5.6.1 The tested dynamic screen jigger should be tested according to 5.3 of this standard before the hydraulic station sealing test can be carried out. 5.6.2 Adjust the hydraulic station oil pressure to 1.3 times the rated working pressure for 10min. The sealing conditions of each sealing joint should meet the requirements of 4.6.3 and be recorded.
5.7 Noise measurement
5.7.1 The tested dynamic screen jigger should be tested according to 5.3 of this standard before the noise measurement can be carried out. 5.7.2 When the piston rod amplitude of the oil cylinder is 400mm, the movement frequency is 50min-1, the oil motor speed is the maximum, and the lifting wheel is running, use a precision sound level meter to measure the sound pressure level according to the sound pressure level measurement method specified in GB3768. 5.8 Coal Adding Test
5.8.1 The tested dynamic screen jig shall be tested according to Article 5.7 of this standard before the coal adding test. 5.8.2 Carry out the coal adding test under rated conditions, and after normal commissioning, take samples and analyze them according to the relevant standards for evaluating the process effect of gravity separation equipment. 5.9 Overall Appearance Inspection
5.9.1 Use visual inspection to inspect the appearance quality and paint quality of welded parts. 5.9.2 Use visual inspection to inspect the installation position of the sign. 6 Inspection Rules
6.1 The inspection of the dynamic screen jig is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Factory Inspection
6.2.1 Factory inspection is generally carried out at the manufacturer. 6.2.2 Each product must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department in accordance with the provisions of this standard and the requirements of the design drawings before it can be shipped out of the factory, and a certificate of qualification must be attached.
6.2.3 The factory inspection items are shown in Table 2.

6.2.4 If all the items of the inspected product meet the requirements of the standard, the product is a qualified product. If one or more of the inspection items of the inspected product do not meet the inspection requirements, the product is a non-conforming product. 6.3 Type inspection
6.3.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a.
Trial production of new products or trial production of old products in the factory; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; during normal production, it must be carried out every 5 years, and when production is resumed after suspension for more than three years,
when the national quality supervision agency makes a request. The number of type inspections is one set.
Type inspection items are shown in Table 2.
6.3.4 Type inspection can be carried out by the design and manufacturing plants at the coal preparation plant. 6.3.5 If all the items of the inspected product meet the standard requirements, the product is a qualified product. If one of the items of the inspected product does not meet the inspection requirements, the product is an unqualified product. 6.4 When the user requires product acceptance, the manufacturer shall notify the user or user representative of the date of the acceptance test. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 The moving screen jig that has passed the inspection shall be fixed with a product label at the specified position of its fuselage manufacturing drawing. The type and size of the label shall comply with the provisions of Jb8.
7.2 The label shall indicate the following contents:

Product number.
7.3 The moving screen jig should be disassembled and shipped in a form that is convenient for transportation. 329

7.4 The moving screen jig is partially packed, and the exposed processed surface is coated with anti-rust grease and wrapped with plastic cloth. 7.5 The random technical documents are packed in plastic bags and placed in wooden boxes, and the words "Technical documents are here" are marked on the surface of the box. The random technical documents include:
complete set delivery list and packing list,
product factory certificate;
product installation and operating instructions,
product installation drawing;
product factory inspection record or its copy; vulnerable parts catalog and drawings
7.6 The delivery card and outer wall of the packing box of the moving screen jig shall indicate: a.
receiving unit and destination station;
manufacturer name;
product model and name;
factory date and factory number,
net weight, gross weight, overall dimensions, etc., and indicate the lifting line and the words "not allowed to be inverted". 7.7 The packaging of the moving screen jig shall be able to prevent deformation during transportation and facilitate lifting. 7.8 During transportation and storage, the moving screen jig shall not come into contact with corrosive substances, and the hydraulic station and electrical control box shall not be subjected to severe vibration and impact.
7.9 When the jig is stored, rain protection measures should be taken. Electrical equipment and hydraulic stations should be placed in a clean and dry place. The products should be prevented from rusting and damage during storage.
8 Complete set supply scope and quality assurance

8.2 Product quality assurance
If the user complies with the storage, transportation, installation and use regulations, within one year from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, except for wearing parts, if the product is damaged or cannot work normally due to manufacturing quality problems, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge. This standard is proposed by the China Coal Research Institute. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Coal Preparation Machinery Branch of the Coal Mine Special Equipment Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Energy. This standard is drafted by the Tangshan Branch of the China Coal Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Chen Jianzhong and Qi Liansuo. This standard is entrusted to the Tangshan Branch of the China Coal Research Institute for interpretation.3 Start the discharging wheel alone and set the knob to manual mode. When the current of the controller increases from 0 to 500mA, the speed of the discharging wheel should increase from 0 to the maximum. Set the knob to automatic mode, set the bed thickness, move the float, and observe and record the operation of the discharging wheel according to the requirements of Article 4.8.2.
5.3.4 Start the dynamic screen mechanism alone and adjust the distance between the two reversing switches to the maximum according to the requirements of Article 4.4.2. Make the dynamic screen mechanism reciprocate slowly for 10 times in the inching state and run at a frequency of 50min-1 for 10min in the automatic state. Observe and record the lateral swing of the dynamic screen mechanism according to the requirements of Article 4.8.1.
5.3.5 Start the dynamic screen mechanism, discharging wheel, and lifting wheel at the same time and run for 30min. Observe and record their operation according to the requirements of Article 4.8.4. 5.4 Dynamic screen mechanism motion performance test
5.4.1 The dynamic screen jig to be inspected shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.3 of this standard before the mechanism motion performance test can be carried out. 5.4.2 Adjust the amplitude to the maximum according to the requirements of Article 4.4.2, put the dynamic screen mechanism reversing in automatic gear, adjust the rising and falling speed of the dynamic screen, and its adjustment range and frequency shall comply with the requirements of Articles 3.2 and 4.4, and keep records. 5.5 Hydraulic station oil temperature test
5.5.1 The preparation work before the test is the same as Article 5.3.1. 5.5.2 When the cooling water is normally supplied, the amplitude of the oil cylinder piston rod is 400mm, the movement frequency is 50min-1, and the oil motor speed is the maximum, it runs continuously for more than 4h, and the oil temperature of the oil tank shall comply with the requirements of Article 4.6.4. Record the oil temperature every 30min. 5.6 Hydraulic station sealing test
5.6.1 The tested dynamic screen jigger shall be tested according to 5.3 of this standard before the hydraulic station sealing test can be carried out. 5.6.2 Adjust the hydraulic station oil pressure to 1.3 times the rated working pressure for 10 minutes. The sealing conditions of each sealing joint shall meet the requirements of 4.6.3 and be recorded.
5.7 Noise measurement
5.7.1 The tested dynamic screen jigger shall be tested according to 5.3 of this standard before the noise measurement can be carried out. 5.7.2 When the amplitude of the oil cylinder piston rod is 400mm, the movement frequency is 50min-1, the oil motor speed is the maximum, and the lifting wheel is running positively, use a precision sound level meter and measure the sound pressure level according to the sound pressure level measurement method specified in GB3768. 5.8 Coal addition test
5.8.1 The tested dynamic screen jigger shall be tested according to 5.7 of this standard before the coal addition test can be carried out. 5.8.2 Carry out coal adding test under rated conditions, and after debugging is normal, take samples and analyze them according to the relevant standards for evaluating the process effect of gravity separation equipment. 5.9 General appearance inspection
5.9.1 Use visual inspection to inspect the appearance quality and paint quality of welded parts. 5.9.2 Use visual inspection to inspect the installation position of the sign. 6 Inspection rules

7.1 The vibrating screen jig that has passed the inspection shall have a product label fixed at the specified position of its body manufacturing drawing. The type and size of the label shall comply with the provisions of Jb8.
7.2 The label shall indicate the following:

6.3.4 Type inspection can be carried out jointly by the design and manufacturing plants in the coal preparation plant. 6.3.5 If all the type inspection items of the inspected product meet the standard requirements, the product is a qualified product. 7.1 The moving screen jig that has passed the inspection shall have a product label fixed at the specified position of its fuselage manufacturing drawing. The type and size of the label shall comply with the provisions of Jb8.
7.2 The label shall indicate the following:
Manufacturer's name:
Product name and model:
Trademark,
Main parameters of the product;
Factory date;
Product number.
7.3 The moving screen jig shall be disassembled into a form that is easy to transport before shipment. 329

7.4 The moving screen jig is partially packed, the exposed processed surface is coated with anti-rust grease and wrapped with plastic cloth. 7.5 The random technical documents are packed in plastic bags and placed in wooden boxes, and the words "Technical documents are here" are marked on the surface of the box. The random technical documents include:
complete set delivery list and packing list,
product factory certificate;
product installation and operating instructions,
product installation drawing;
product factory inspection record or its copy; vulnerable parts catalog and drawings
7.6 The delivery card and outer wall of the packing box of the moving screen jig shall indicate: a.
receiving unit and destination station;
manufacturer name;
product model and name;
factory date and factory number,
net weight, gross weight, overall dimensions, etc., and indicate the lifting line and the words "not allowed to be inverted". 7.7 The packaging of the moving screen jig shall be able to prevent deformation during transportation and facilitate lifting. 7.8 During transportation and storage, the moving screen jig shall not come into contact with corrosive substances, and the hydraulic station and electrical control box shall not be subjected to severe vibration and impact.
7.9 When the jig is stored, rain protection measures should be taken. Electrical equipment and hydraulic stations should be placed in a clean and dry place. The products should be prevented from rusting and damage during storage.

8.2 Product quality assurance
If the user complies with the storage, transportation, installation and use regulations, within one year from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, except for wearing parts, if the product is damaged or cannot work normally
