Some standard content:
QB/T2418—1998
This standard is a revision of ZBY910161990 "ZCQ22 Type Knife Roller Bamboo Cutting Machine". The technical content is modified as follows: The production capacity of the bamboo cutting machine in the original ZBY910161990 "ZCQ22 Type Knife Roller Bamboo Cutting Machine" is 5t/h~7t/h, and the main motor power is 55kW. After several years of use, it is reflected that the power is too small, and it is now changed to 75kW, and the production capacity is adjusted to 7t/h~8t/h. When revising the standard, in order to reduce the vibration of the equipment, reduce noise, and improve the working environment, the accuracy level of the shape and position tolerance of the knife roller shaft has been appropriately improved, and the residual unbalance of the knife roller rotation has been appropriately reduced. In the production capacity determination of the original standard test method, when the moisture content of the bamboo material is greater than or less than 20%, it is converted to 20%. This revision of the standard takes into account that the production capacity of bamboo cutting machines has a certain range, and the actual measurement cycle of bamboo material moisture content is relatively long, and the weight of bamboo material is also calculated based on actual weighing. Therefore, the conversion calculation method was cancelled when the standard was revised. From the date of implementation, this standard will also replace the professional standard ZBY91016-1990 issued by the former Ministry of Light Industry. This standard is proposed by the Industry Management Department of the State Bureau of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Light Industry Machinery Standardization Center. The drafting unit of this standard: Zhenjiang Light Industry Machinery Factory. The main drafter of this standard: Kang Licheng.

5.1 Determination of production capacity
The material supply must be uniform and the thickness must be reasonable during the measurement. Weigh 1t~2t of bamboo material and calculate the production capacity according to formula (1). Q
Where: Q—production capacity, t/h;
G——bamboo material weighing,t;
T——actual cutting time, min.
5.2 Determination of bamboo chip qualification rate
(1)
5.2.1 The determination of bamboo chip qualification rate is carried out in the same way as the determination of production capacity. The manual sorting method is adopted. 5.2.2 Samples are taken twice within 5min-10min after the actual cutting begins. The mass of each sample is about 2kg. The sample is measured with a scale with a resolution of no more than 5g. The bamboo chip qualification rate is calculated according to formula (2). h=
Where: h—bamboo chip qualification rate, %;
G. Qualified bamboo chip mass, kg;
G2---sampled bamboo chip mass, kg.
5.3 Circular runout and straightness are tested in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T1958. 5.4 Surface roughness is tested with a comparison sample. 5.5 The residual unbalance is measured at the maximum outer edge of the workpiece with a guide rail static balance frame. 5.6 Idle operation test
5.6.1 The cutting part is idle for 1 hour. During the test, the feeding conveyor and the feeding part are not connected, and the discharge conveyor belt is not installed. 5.6.2 The noise is measured with a sound level meter with an accuracy of 1.0 A in accordance with the provisions of GB/T16769. (2)
5.6.3 The bearing temperature and temperature rise are measured three times on the bearing surface with a surface thermometer with an allowable error of ±3°C. The maximum value measured is the bearing temperature, and the average value of the three measured temperatures minus the room temperature is the bearing temperature rise. 5.7 The length of the bamboo piece is measured with a ruler.
QB/T2418—1998
5.8 The speed is measured with a tachometer with a resolution of 1r/min. 5.9 The appearance quality is measured by visual inspection.
5.10 Inspection of electrical system
Visual inspection and electrical measuring instruments and meters (such as microresistance tester, 500V megohmmeter, withstand voltage tester with power of 500VA or above, etc., the accuracy of which should not be less than 0.5 level) are used for inspection. 6 Inspection rules
