3.1.8 All lubrication parts of the feeder should be in good condition and reliable in tightness. 3.1.10 The feeder should be equipped with wire rope loosening and mixing safety devices, and they should be flexible and controllable. 3.1 The feeder should have an emergency brake device: the opening should be accurate and reversible, 3.1.12 Random accessories and spare parts should be complete. 3.1.13 The accompanying technical documents shall include the product manual, product certificate and the attached sheet. 3.2 Requirements for related components
3.2.1 Wire rope
3.2.1.1 The wire rope used for the feeder shall comply with the provisions of GB1102 and shall have a product inspection certificate. 32.1.2 Selection of wire rope The selection and use shall comply with the provisions of 4.4.2.2 of GB3811-83. 3.2.1.3 During the working process, the steel wire rope shall be arranged neatly on the winding screen in the order of collection: 3.2.1.4 There shall be no wire stuck or seated. 3.2.1.5 The length of the steel wire shall comply with the provisions of the technical documents. 3.3.5 The temperature rise of the mobile bearing should not exceed 35, and the maximum humidity should not exceed 70℃. 3.3. The feeder should produce no abnormal sound during operation. 4.1 The appearance quality of welded parts, coatings and supporting products shall be inspected by visual inspection or by special measuring tools. 4.2 The quality inspection method of welded parts shall be in accordance with the provisions of ZENJ50008. 4.3 Idle operation test method
4.3.! Idle operation shall be carried out for at least 10 cycles. During the lifting process of each cycle, normal braking shall be performed at least once.
4.3.2 Determination of cleanliness
The cleanliness shall be determined by the method specified in TB/T5365.1. 4.3.3 Determination of bearing temperature rise
After the reverse idle running test, use a point thermometer to measure the maximum temperature of the bearing housing immediately, and then add the 3-center correction value to obtain the maximum temperature of the bearing. The bearing temperature rise is equal to the difference between the maximum bearing temperature and the ambient temperature. 4.3, 4 Determination of noise
