Introduction.1.1 The feeder shall comply with the requirements of 1644 and this standard and shall be approved by the prescribed procedures. Drawings and technical specifications 3.1.2 The materials, standard parts, external parts and the requirements for the production, casting, heat treatment, welding and other technical performance of the feeder should all comply with the provisions of the technical specifications.
3.1.3 The gas system should comply with the specifications of GB/T5226.1. 3.1.4 The welding plate of each welded part of the feeder should comply with the provisions of ZBnJ50008.2. 3.1.5 The maintenance of the feeder should comply with the provisions of IB/T5364. 3.1.6 Various signs on the feeder should be fixed in a conspicuous position and comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. 3.1. 3.1.8 All lubrication parts of the feeder should be in good condition and reliable in tightness. There should be no rolling phenomenon. 3.1.9 For the external moving parts, such as gears, chains and reciprocating parts, there should be safety devices. The safety protection should comply with the provisions of Taiwan 75545
3.1.10 The feeder should be equipped with wire rope loosening and mixing safety devices, and they should be flexible and controllable. 3.1 The feeder should have an emergency brake device: the opening should be accurate and reversible, 3.1.12 Random accessories and spare parts should be complete. 3.1.13 The accompanying technical documents shall include the product manual, product certificate and the attached sheet. The preparation of the attached test documents shall comply with the provisions of Z.RJ5D006.
3.2 Requirements for related components
3.2.1 Wire rope
3.2.1.1 The wire rope used for the feeder shall comply with the provisions of GB1102 and shall have a product inspection certificate. 32.1.2 Selection of wire rope The selection and use shall comply with the provisions of 4.4.2.2 of GB3811-83. 3.2.1.3 During the working process, the steel wire rope shall be arranged neatly on the winding screen in the order of collection: 3.2.1.4 There shall be no wire stuck or seated. 3.2.1.5 The length of the steel wire shall comply with the provisions of the technical documents. When the feeder is in the working position, the steel wire length shall be in the working order: except for the number of fixed wires, it shall not be less than three. 32.1. The steel wire rope shall not be extended in other ways. 32.1.7 The nominal tensile strength of the key wire shall be less than 4550MPa 3. 2. 2 The nominal diameter of the winding shall not be less than 22.4 of the steel wire diameter. 3.2.2.2 The fixing device + anti-loosening or self-image of the steel wire end on the winding shall be reliable. 3.2.2.3 The control system, clutch and brake of the hoisting equipment shall be flexible and reliable. 3.2.3 Track

3.2.6.1 The transmission gear should meet the 8-level precision requirements specified in CB10095. 3.2.6.2 The frequency converter should meet the 8-level precision requirements specified in GB10089. 3.2.6.3 The limit of cleanliness should not be greater than 0.01% of the weight of the lower limit of the oil standard. 3.3 Operation requirements
3.3.1 The working mechanism of the feeder should be flexible, smooth and impact-free. The trolley should not stop or stutter during operation. 3.3.2 The electrical control system should be flexible and efficient. 3.3.3 The coordination between the various systems of the feeder should be standardized. 3.3.4 The fastening joints of the feeder should not move. 2

3.3.5 The temperature rise of the mobile bearing should not exceed 35, and the maximum humidity should not exceed 70℃. 3.3. The feeder should produce no abnormal sound during operation. The sound should not be greater than 85dB(A) 3.3.7 The ball reducer should be well sealed and free of sea-single phenomenon. 3.3.? The contact point of the wheel should not be lower than the 8th grade precision requirement specified in GB10055, and the distance between the teeth should be C.5--1.mm. The contact point of the worm pair should not be lower than the 8th grade precision requirement specified in GH10089, and its normal measurement should comply with the current provisions of C in Table 11 of GB1-8.
3.3.9 The contact surface between the feeder guide working surface and the trolley wheel working surface should be less than 69% of the guide rail width. 3.4 Load operation requirements
3.4.1 The feeder should run smoothly under rated load, and all working parts should be flexible. 3.4.2 The loading and unloading plates should be accurate and reliable. 3.4.3 The feed barrel of the feeder should not leak or return material, and the material plate should not touch the inner wall of the feeder. 3.4.4 The feeder has a rated load capacity of 125 times, and its maximum power should not exceed the rated power of the motor. It should meet the requirements of
) The air system, the locking system and the operating system function normally and the action is correct: 1) The safety protection device should act accurately; 2) The welded parts should not be deformed for a long time, have visible cracks, and the connection should be damaged and loose; 3.4.2 The transmission system should not have abnormal phenomena; 3.4.3 The steel wire should not be broken. 3.4.5 Under rated load and full load, the mobile working time of the feeder should not be greater than the design. 4 Test method
4.1 The appearance quality of welded parts, coatings and supporting products shall be inspected by visual inspection or by special measuring tools. 4.2 The quality inspection method of welded parts shall be in accordance with the provisions of ZENJ50008. 4.3 Idle operation test method
4.3.! Idle operation shall be carried out for at least 10 cycles. During the lifting process of each cycle, normal braking shall be performed at least once.
4.3.2 Determination of cleanliness
The cleanliness shall be determined by the method specified in TB/T5365.1. 4.3.3 Determination of bearing temperature rise
After the reverse idle running test, use a point thermometer to measure the maximum temperature of the bearing housing immediately, and then add the 3-center correction value to obtain the maximum temperature of the bearing. The bearing temperature rise is equal to the difference between the maximum bearing temperature and the ambient temperature. 4.3, 4 Determination of noise
The noise of the feeder shall be determined by the method specified in JA/T6331.2. 4.3.5 Use the coloring method to check the contact point of the transmission gear, and use the lead wire method to check the contact point of the transmission gear. 4.3.6 Determination of 3.3.9 of this standard
Use the coloring method to check the contact marks of the working surface of the working guide rail, and measure three places in the width direction of the guide rail, and calculate the arithmetic average. 4.4 Load test method
4.4.1 Load test is a reverse idle running test. 4.4.2 The load operation working stroke is the whole stroke, and the upper and lowering cycles should not be less than 10 times. During the lifting and lowering process of each working cycle, at least positive braking should be performed.
4.4.3 Carry out load test according to the designed rated load, and check according to the provisions of 3.4.1~3.4.3. 4.4.4 Determination of overload capacity

Measure the maneuvering time required for the feeder to cycle once in seconds, measure three times in total, and take the average value of the three times. 4.4.6 When the manufacturer does not have the recording parts to conduct the final assembly test of the whole machine, it is allowed to be conducted at the user's factory. Before leaving the factory, the assembly part should be tested for idle operation.

5.1.1 "Each feeder is manufactured" The technical inspection department shall inspect it according to the technical requirements, and it can only leave the factory after passing the inspection. 5.1.2 The factory inspection of the feeder shall be carried out according to 3.1.3~-3.1.13,3.3. 5.2 Type inspection
5.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out when there is a production condition) New products or old products are transferred! b) After formal production, the trial model of production shall be determined at a certain time; b) After the formal production, the results, process, and materials have changed significantly, which may affect the performance of the product: 1) During normal production, it shall be carried out once a year; 2) When the production is stopped for more than one year, the normal production shall be resumed; 3) When the inspection result is significantly different from the last type inspection, the national quality supervision and inspection agency shall issue the requirements for type inspection; 5.2.2 During the type trial inspection, 2% of the qualified products shall be randomly selected, and at least one unit shall be inspected each time; 5.2.3 The government shall inspect all items of technical specifications every day; 6.
