The roughness should be ≤6.2. 3.3 The valve seat should be tested for strength and material tightness at 1.5p by hydraulic pressure. 3.4 The lifting pressure of the valve should not be greater than 1.1 times the working pressure, and the return pressure should not be less than 0.87 times the pressure. 3.5 Airtightness requirements 3.5.1 The safety valve of the soft seal should not be full under the working pressure. 3.5.2 The leakage of the hard-sealed safety valve should not exceed 20 bubbles per minute under the working pressure. 4 Test method 4.1 Conditions 4.1.1 The volume of the test container should be sufficient to enable the safety valve to maintain sufficient test pressure under the specified action. 4.1.2 The pressure should be 1.5~2 times of the maximum test pressure of the gauge range, and the accuracy level should not be lower than 1.5 level. 4.1.3 All pressure vessels, connecting pipes and pipes used for testing should be able to withstand liquid with a variable force ≥ 2 force. The surface of welded parts should be cleaned, and the welds should be inspected by magnetic particles. The pressure gauge or pressure vessel should have valid calibration and certification. 4.2 Strength and material tightness test Seal the sealing surface of the safety valve seat, and use hydraulic pressure p-1.5p at the inlet end of the seat to carry out strength and material tightness tests, and keep it constant for s min. 4.3 Opening test procedure Open the inlet air pressure of the safety valve. When the pressure reaches 0.1MPa, the rising speed shall not exceed 0.01MPa/perform the opening test, observe and record the opening force of the safety valve, and the number of tests shall not be less than 3 times. The result shall comply with Article 3.4. 4.4 Seat return test When the safety valve is opened and discharged, reduce the inlet pressure of the safety valve, observe and record the valve seat pressure, and the number of tests shall not be less than 3 times. The result shall comply with Article 3.4. 5 Inspection regulations Inspection is divided into type inspection and output inspection. 5.1 Type inspection 5.1.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: a. Trial type inspection for product transfer to production according to GB/T 14087-93; b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; and b. During normal production, once every four years. 5. 1.2 Type inspection and factory inspection items shall be in accordance with Table 1.
