4 Trial method
4.3 The production of the melting machine is determined according to the heat determination of 1.2. 4.2 Determination of the relative error of the amount of raw sand) Disconnect the feeder and curing agent, add the raw sand to the specified amount, and after the sand machine enters the single cycle, take the raw sand, and measure each time it is added. A total of five times
\) Calculate the relative error of each addition using the formula (1): E
Formula: - Relative error of each addition m, - Each amount of curing agent, kg
State "arithmetic mean value of the amount of one or five times added, kg.e>Determination
Take: the maximum value of the single pair value is the tree pair error of the raw sand added to the mixer: 4.3 Determination of the relative error of resin and curing agent 4.3.1 Disconnect the adding system, adjust the super grease and shielding agent to 1.2% and (.6% of the original silicon addition amount respectively. After the sand mixer enters the single cycle 2

, take the resin or curing agent, weigh out the flux of the grease or curing agent, and measure the total amount of jade drink, 4.3,? Calculate and judge according to 4.26>,1.&) judgment. 4.4 Determination of relative error of mixing
4.4.1 Working point material
Source sand: degree of difference 2:
Resin, type , the concentration is 0.1~0.8P%, the amount of curing agent is 1.5% of the original effective amount: toluene sulfonate is used as a water trap, and the resin is added 50 times. 4.4.2 Second sample preparation
According to the production rate and process requirements of the mixing machine, the mixing time and working cycle period of each material are adjusted to the specified value. After the machine enters the automatic cycle, from the third cycle to the end of the third cycle, five sand bars with a mass of 3 (accurate to 0.1%) are randomly placed in the porcelain boat with a surface support, 4.4.3 Sand baking
The porcelain body containing each sand is placed in a high temperature protection, and the temperature is raised to 1000-1050℃. Keep it warm for 3cm under the temperature reduction, take out the car to dry and cool it to the point where it leaks. Take the sample of the average fired quality (accurate to 0.1) 4.4.4. Calculate the relative error of sand quality by the following steps: a) The sand loss is calculated by formula (2):
Where: 1) The initial loss of sand
and 2) The mass of sand sample before burning,
m, and the mass of the sample after burning for one second, g; 3) The average loss of binder in sand sample is calculated by formula (3): Q, the amount of binder consumed in the sample for one second, %; Q, the original amount of sand burned, 5%,
) The average loss of binder in each sample is calculated by formula (4):
Where: Q is the average loss of binder in each sample, d) The relative error of sand quality is calculated by formula (5): Q
Where: Q is the relative error of sample quality. 4.4.5 Determination
4.4.5.1 The absolute value of the relative error of each sand sample shall be the maximum value of the relative error of the sand mixture. -(2)
4.4.5.2 If there is any disagreement in the results of the two determinations, the standard species specified in 2J31006 may be used for the standard determination, and the inspection results shall be used as the judgment
4.5 If there are special requirements for the indicators to be measured, the supplier and the buyer can negotiate for the determination. 5 Inspection rules
