4.1 Shape and pattern of the regional emblem
4.1.1 The shape and pattern of the regional emblem shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. 4.1.2 The pattern of the regional emblem is shown in Figure 1.

The dimensions of each part of the standard regional emblem shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Interim Measures for the Use of the Regional Flag and Regional Emblem of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
The dimensions and allowable errors of each part of the standard regional emblem are shown in Table 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3. The analytical diagram and data for the production of the standard regional emblem are shown in Appendix A. When it is necessary to produce a regional emblem of non-standard size, it should be enlarged or reduced in proportion to the standard dimensions and allowable errors of the regional emblem. 4.3.1 Red emblem: The red emblem and the allowable error of the regional emblem made of fiber reinforced plastic and aluminum alloy shall be based on the red emblem and the allowable error of the national emblem made of fiber reinforced plastic and aluminum alloy in GB15093 respectively. 4.3.2 White Bauhinia petals: The stimulation value Y1o of the white Bauhinia petals of the regional emblem made of fiber reinforced plastic and aluminum alloy shall not be less than 80. 4.3.3 The red color and allowable error of the regional emblem made of other materials shall be based on the red color and allowable error of the national emblem of aluminum alloy in GB15093. The stimulus value Y1o of the white petals of Bauhinia should be consistent with the provisions in 4.3.2 of this standard. 3

4.4 Calculation of chromaticity data
The chromaticity data in 4.3 are calculated based on the CIE standard illuminant Ds and the CIE1964 standard chromaticity system. 4.5 Properties of the paint film on the regional emblem

5 Test method
5.1 The measurement of the dimensions and allowable errors of the various parts of the standard micro-area should be carried out using qualified measuring tools with an accuracy of not less than 0.5%. 5.2 Chromaticity measurement should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3979, GB/T11186.2-1989 and GB/T11186.3-1989. 5.3 The performance of the paint film on the emblem should be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1720, GB/T1733, GB/T1740, GB/T1766, GB/T1771, GB/T6739, GB/T9274 and GB/T9754. 5.4 Strength test
5.4.1 The bending strength test should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1449. 5.4.2 Hardness test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3854. 6

5.4.3 Drop ball impact: Place the area emblem sample with the front side facing up and horizontally on the cement floor, and place a steel ball weighing 112g 1m above the sample, so that the steel ball falls freely on the same plane of the emblem surface. Repeat three times, and observe whether the surface of the sample has cracks, deformation, delamination, etc. 5.5 The unevenness test of the emblem surface and micro bottom surface shall be carried out in accordance with the method 4.4b of GB/T11337-2004. 5.6 The non-roundness test of the emblem body shall be carried out in accordance with the two-point measurement method of 2.3 of GB/T4380-2004. 5.7 Appearance evaluation of the emblem surface: It shall be visually evaluated at a distance of 1m from the micro surface under bright natural light; when evaluating under light, a daylight color fluorescent lamp with an illumination of not less than 7501x shall be used.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
6.1.1 Factory inspection
Each regional emblem product shall be subject to factory inspection before leaving the factory. The contents of factory inspection include the shape, pattern and dimensions of each part of the regional emblem and the quality assessment of the appearance and color of the emblem surface.
When all inspection items are qualified during factory inspection, it is judged as a qualified product, otherwise it is a non-conforming product. Non-conforming products shall not leave the factory. 6.1.2 Type inspection
When the emblem material, emblem paint formula, and production process change, a type inspection shall be carried out. When all quality requirements specified in Chapter 4 are qualified, it is judged to be qualified in type inspection and formal production is allowed. 7 Marking and packaging
7.1 Marking
The name and address of the manufacturer, product number and production date shall be indicated on the back of each regional emblem. 7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 Each regional emblem shall be packaged separately. The packaging should ensure that the quality of the regional emblem is not damaged and is convenient for transportation and storage. The outside of the outer packaging should indicate the product name, specifications, materials, packaging size, weight, name and address of the manufacturer, trademark and number of the national standard implemented, and transportation mark. The outer packaging should be accompanied by the necessary accessories for installation, installation and storage instructions and inspection certificate. The inspection certificate should indicate the regional emblem specifications, materials, product number, factory date, name and address of the manufacturer, trademark, and name (or code) of the inspector. 7.2.2 The packaging of batch regional micros should ensure that the quality of the regional emblem is not damaged and is convenient for transportation. 5 Test method

When the emblem material, emblem paint formula, and production process change, a type inspection shall be carried out. When all quality requirements specified in Chapter 4 are qualified, it is judged to be qualified in type inspection and formal production is allowed. 7 Marking and packaging
7.1 Marking
The name and address of the manufacturer, product number and production date shall be indicated on the back of each regional emblem. 7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 Each regional emblem shall be packaged separately. The packaging should ensure that the quality of the regional emblem is not damaged and is convenient for transportation and storage. The outside of the outer packaging should indicate the product name, specifications, materials, packaging size, weight, name and address of the manufacturer, trademark and number of the national standard implemented, and transportation mark. The outer packaging should be accompanied by the necessary accessories for installation, installation and storage instructions and inspection certificate. The inspection certificate should indicate the regional emblem specifications, materials, product number, factory date, name and address of the manufacturer, trademark, and name (or code) of the inspector. 7.2.2 The packaging of batch regional micros should ensure that the quality of the regional emblem is not damaged and is convenient for transportation. The outside of the packaging should indicate the product name, specifications, materials, quantity, packaging size, weight, name and address of the manufacturer, and transportation mark. ?
