When testing basic insulation, supplementary insulation and reinforced insulation, all live parts shall be connected together and all moving parts shall be ensured to be in the most unfavorable position.
Special components that may make this test impossible to implement, such as lamps, coils, windings, capacitors or electronic components, may have one pole disconnected or short-circuited, depending on the specific situation. If this test cannot be carried out on the specimens used in the tests of Clauses 5.9 and 5.16, the test may be carried out on additional specimens. These additional specimens may be special specimens with the corresponding components omitted. Any metal in contact with accessible metal is also considered to be accessible. When testing supplementary insulation and reinforced insulation, if there is sealant, the metal box should be covered so that the sealed cavity is also effectively tested. For switches with both reinforced insulation and double insulation, it must be noted that the voltage applied to the reinforced insulation will not cause the basic insulation or supplementary insulation in the double insulation to be subjected to excessive voltage. When the accessible metal parts are grounded, it must be noted that sufficient clearance is maintained between the accessible metal parts and the metal box to prevent the insulation between the live parts and the grounded metal parts from being subjected to excessive voltage. When the output voltage of the high-voltage transformer used for the test is adjusted to the test voltage, if the output terminal is short-circuited, the output current should be at least 200mA; when the output current is less than 100mA, the overcurrent relay should not trip. 5.12 'Contact resistance

A panel switch with a certain operating function composed of any number of weak current push button switches and a membrane and printed board with operating symbols. A+ Knob switch
A switch operated by manual rotation,
Protective switch
A switch that can effectively prevent the intrusion of solid foreign matter and water. A6 Multi-pole switch
A micro-gap switch composed of two or more switch elements, operated by the same actuator, which can simultaneously connect or disconnect two or more circuits
A7 Multi-unit switch
A combination switch composed of two or more switch elements, each switch element has a mechanical operating system, and the drive between the switch elements can be mechanical or electromagnetic. A8 Touch switch
A micro-gap switch that can connect or disconnect the circuit by applying a very small force similar to touch to the switch by a finger or device. A9 High-reliability micro-gap switch
A micro-gap switch that takes reliability indicators into consideration when designing and assesses reliability indicators in product standards, A0 Contact
A circuit is connected when two or more conductors touch, and the relative movement of the four conductors during operation disconnects or closes the circuit. A group of moving and static contacts that can open or close a circuit is called a contact element. A11 Switching element
A switching element composed of the most basic contact elements and structural parts that can complete the operation of opening or closing a circuit. A12 Single-break point contact element
A contact element that only produces one break point in the same pole to complete the opening or closing of its circuit. A13 Double-break point contact element
A contact element that uses two contacts in series in the same pole to complete the opening or closing of its circuit. A14 Connecting contact element
A contact element that closes a circuit when the switch is operated. A15 Disconnecting contact element
A contact element that disconnects a circuit when the switch is operated. A16 Conversion contact element
A contact element composed of a connecting contact element and a disconnecting contact element, 343
