3.4 The clamping force and tensile force of the flat vulcanizer in Table 3 shall meet the requirements of rubber processing technology. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 The plate vulcanizer shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The nominal pressure of the working fluid shall comply with the provisions of GB2346. 4.3 The maximum working temperature of the hot plate: 170℃ for steam heating; 200℃ for electric heating. 4.4 The plate vulcanizer with electric heating shall be equipped with a temperature regulating device, which can automatically adjust the vulcanization temperature to a given value. The relative error of temperature regulation shall not exceed ±2.5%.
4.5 When the temperature reaches a stable state, the temperature difference between the working surface of the hot plate and the working surface of the hot plate shall not exceed ±5.4.6 The surface roughness of the working surface of the hot plate: Table 2, Table 3, plate vulcanizer, ≤3.2um; Table 2, Table 3, plate vulcanizer, R1.6um. 4.7 When the working pressure reaches the working pressure, the pressure drop of the hydraulic system shall not exceed 10% of the working pressure for 1 hour, and shall not exceed 15% of the working pressure for the plate vulcanizer in Table 1 and Table 2 and Table 3. The hydraulic system shall not have blockage or leakage. 4.8 When the pressure drop of the hydraulic system exceeds 10% and 15% of the working pressure respectively, the hydraulic pump shall be able to start automatically until the given working pressure is reached.
4.9 After the hot plate is pressurized, the thickness difference of the fuse placed between the two adjacent hot plates shall comply with the provisions of the 8th grade tolerance value in Appendix 3 of G11184. 4.10 The pressure of the hydraulic system working fluid shall be adjustable within the range of 70% to 100% of the working pressure. 4.11 The hydraulic system must be subjected to a pressure resistance test of 1.25 times the working pressure, and there shall be no leakage after the pressure is maintained for 5 minutes. 4.12 The steam heating system must be tested with a water length of 1.25 times the maximum steam pressure. Maintain the pressure for 10 minutes without leakage. The cooling water pipeline and the steam pipeline must not leak.
4.13 The opening and closing speed of the hot plate: the flat plate vulcanizer in Table 1 is not less than 12mm/s: the opening speed of the flat plate vulcanizer in Table 2 and Table 3 is not less than 3mm/s, and the closing speed is not less than 6mm/s. 4.14 All control systems and indicating instruments should work sensitively and reliably. The painting requirements of the flat plate vulcanizer should comply with the provisions of ZBG95010; the external regulations should comply with the provisions of IIG5-1511. :4.15
5'Safety requirements
Downward plate vulcanizing presses should be equipped with a locking device to prevent the plunger from falling automatically; plate vulcanizing presses operated on both sides should be equipped with interlocking devices.5.1

Safety devices: Interlocking devices should be installed between the operating tables of the main and auxiliary units operated in partitions to prevent accidents. 5.2 The plate vulcanizing press must be equipped with an emergency switch. The hydraulic system should be equipped with a reliable pressure limiting device. 5.3 The structure and configuration of each mechanism and main component should ensure the convenience and safety of operation and maintenance. 5.4 At a temperature of 20C, the insulation resistance of the electric heating electrode shall not be less than 1M and at working temperature, it shall not be less than 0.5MQ. 5.5 Under the condition of frequency 50Hz and power not less than 0.5kVA, the insulation of the electric heating plate: at 20C temperature, 1500V voltage is applied, at working temperature, 1200V voltage is applied, and it lasts for 1min. There should be no insulation breakdown and surface flashover. 5.6 The sound pressure level of noise during operation of the flat vulcanizer shall not be greater than 84dB(A). 6. Test methods and inspection rules
6.1 Idle operation test
6.1.1 Before the idle operation test, the following items should be checked: a. The specifications and spacing of the hot plate measured by a steel ruler or vernier caliper should comply with the provisions of Articles 3.1 to 3.3; b.
The surface roughness of the working surface of the hot plate measured or compared with a surface roughness measuring instrument or a comparison sample block should comply with the provisions of Article 4.6. 6.1.2 The number of opening and closing times of the hot plate during the operation test shall not be less than 5 times. The following items shall be checked during the test: a. The opening and closing speed of the hot plate shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.13; the reliability of each safety device shall comply with the provisions of Articles 5.1 to 5.3. b. The working reliability of the hydraulic system shall comply with the provisions of Article 1.7. 6.2 Load operation test
The load operation test may be carried out only after the idle operation test is passed. The following items should be checked during the load operation test: the nominal clamping force should comply with the provisions of 3.1~3.3; the pressure drop of the hydraulic system should comply with the provisions of 1.7; the working reliability of the hydraulic pump in the hydraulic system should comply with the provisions of 4.8; the uniformity of the thickness of the fuse should comply with the provisions of 4.9; the pressure adjustment range of the hydraulic system should comply with the provisions of 4.10; the pressure resistance of the hydraulic system should comply with the provisions of 4.11; the pressure resistance of the steam heating system should comply with the provisions of 1.12; the working reliability of each control system and indicating instrument should comply with the requirements of 4.14; the insulation performance of the electric heating plate should comply with the provisions of 5.4~5.5; the sound pressure of the noise during operation should comply with the provisions of 5.6. 6.3. Heating test
The heating test can only be carried out after the load operation test is qualified. The following items should be checked during the heating test: 6.3.2
The maximum heating temperature of the hot plate should comply with the provisions of Article 4.3; h.
The operability of the temperature regulating device of the electric heating should comply with the provisions of Article 4.4; The temperature difference of the working surface of the hot plate should comply with the provisions of Article 4.5. 6.4 Inspection rules
The product must be tested for empty operation and load operation before leaving the factory (water pressure and flat plate vulcanizing machine can be carried out in the user's factory). The heating test is only carried out in the following cases: A.
The trial production of new products or old products is to be determined and identified; when the structure, material and process of the product have changed greatly; when the product is resumed after a long-term suspension of production (more than three years apart); in normal production, at least one unit shall be sampled and tested every year. 6.4.3 Each product must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before the main measured data can be released.
Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
When leaving the factory, the product quality certificate and 7.1 Each product should be fixed with a product label in an appropriate and obvious position. Product model and name
Product factory number;
Manufacturing date.
7.3 The packaging requirements of the product should comply with the provisions of HG 5-1543. 7.4 The transportation of the product should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department. 5
