The left and right spiral grooves shall be evenly indexed and the intersection shall be neat. c 4.3General parts requirements 4.3.1Castings, forgings and welded parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842 and QB/T1588.1. 4.3.2Outsourced parts and purchased parts, etc., must be inspected and qualified or have a certificate of conformity before they can be used. 4.4Assembly quality requirements 4.4.1All parts and components must be inspected and qualified before they can be assembled. 4.4.2 The tolerance level of radial runout of the outer circle of the knife roller shall not be lower than Grade 8; the blade shall be firmly and reliably embedded in the spiral groove of the knife shaft body, and the chamfer of the outer circle shall be uniform, round and smooth. The surface of the ironing roller shall be corrosion-resistant, without defects such as bumps and scratches; the surface roughness value shall not exceed R.0.2um; the tolerance level of radial runout of the outer circle shall not be lower than Grade 8; the ironing roller body heated by oil or steam shall be subjected to water pressure test, and the test pressure shall be 1.5~2 times the maximum pressure of the heating medium inside the ironing roller, and the pressure shall be maintained for 30 minutes without water seepage. The tolerance level of parallelism of the two axis lines of the ironing roller and the pressure roller in the horizontal direction shall not be lower than Grade 8. 4.4.4 There shall be no oil leakage when the hydraulic system is working. 4.4.5 4.4.6 The hydraulic oil shall be clean, and the content of mechanical impurities shall not exceed 25mg/100mL. 4.4.7 The electrical system should be neatly wired, the joints should be firm, each component should have corresponding markings, and both ends of the wire should have the same number as the terminal. 4.4.8 The various moving mechanisms of the machine should be flexible and reliable, and the fasteners should not be loose. 4.5 Appearance quality 4.5.1 The appearance of the product should be neat and tidy, the colors should be harmonious, and the electrical, oil and gas pipelines should be arranged neatly and beautifully. 4.5.2 The quality of paint should comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.4. 4.6 Machine performance 4.6.1 The ironing roller should be preheated for 60~75min. The ironing roller surface temperature should reach the maximum temperature index value specified in this standard. The leather is soft, without wrinkles or strains. 5 Test method Maximum temperature 5.1 Test for 4.2a: Support the knife shaft on the V-shaped iron and position it between the shafts. The part to be tested rotates around and is tested at any cross section. 5.2 For the inspection of 4.2b and 4.4.3b: Evaluate with a surface roughness comparison sample or measure with a surface roughness tester. 5.3 For the inspection of 4.4.2a and 4.4.3c: Carry out on the machine to be measured, fix the dial indicator bracket, rotate the measured part one circle, and inspect at any cross section. 5.4 For the inspection of 4.4.3d: Inspect with a pressure test pump. 5.5 For the inspection of 4.4.4: Inspect with a feeler gauge adjusted with kraft paper. 5.6 For the inspection of 4.4.6: After the machine has been running idle for 1 hour, take 100mL of oil from the hydraulic system and measure according to GB/T511. 5.7 For the inspection of 4.6.1: Use a surface thermometer to measure directly on the surface. Inspect at any cross section within 100mm from both ends. 5.8 For 4.6 .3 Inspection: Direct measurement with a surface thermometer. 5.9 Inspection of Article 4.6.5: Inspection in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB7612. 5.10 Inspection of Article 4.6.6: Simulation test, inspection in accordance with the relevant provisions of Articles 13.1, 13.2, and 13.4.1 of GB/T5226. 5.11 The remaining articles shall be inspected by hand feel and self-test. 5.12 Any test method other than that specified in this standard may also be used if it can achieve the test purpose and obtain the same evaluation results; if there is a dispute, arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the test method of this standard. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Factory inspection Before the machine leaves the factory, it shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the contents of Articles 4.4, 4.5, and 4.6 of this standard. After passing the inspection, the machine shall be issued with a certificate of conformity before leaving the factory. 6.2 Type inspection 6.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following circumstances. If it still fails, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Marking 7.1.1 Product nameplates, trademarks and various signs should be firmly positioned in the specified position. 7.1.2 The markings on the outside of the packaging box should be clear and eye-catching, including: product name, model and specifications; manufacturer name and trademark; manufacturing date (or number). 7.2 Packaging Product packaging shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842.
