3 Safety design requirements
3.1 The design of the crusher shall comply with the provisions of this standard. 3.2 The connection method of each component shall be firm and reliable to ensure that it will not loosen due to vibration and other conditions. 3.3 Protective device
3.3.1 Exposed rotating parts must have protective devices, and the mesh of the protective device should ensure that no part of the human body will contact the rotating parts. 3.3.2 The protective device should have sufficient rigidity to ensure that it will not deform or move when touched by the human body. 3.4 Feeding port
3.4.1 The length of the feeding hopper of the crusher for artificially fed green and roughage (aquatic plants such as grass, water hyacinth, and straw and vines such as wheat straw, corn straw, and sweet potato vine) shall not be less than 500mm; the height of the feeding hopper platform shall be 700mm~1100mm. 3.4.2 The crusher for artificially fed grains (wheat, soybeans, corn, sweet potatoes, crushed bean cakes, etc.) shall be equipped with a granular hopper that can control the material flow.
3.4.3 The crusher with automatic system feeding must be equipped with a protective device to prevent magnetic metal foreign matter from entering the crushing chamber. 3.4.4 The feeding port of the crusher for artificial feeding should have a warning sign "It is strictly forbidden to put your hands into the crusher when it is working". 3.5 The pulverizer should be equipped with an interlocking device to ensure that the motor cannot be started when the pulverizing chamber door is opened or not closed properly (small pulverizers with a power of less than 18.5kW used alone are not subject to this regulation, but the manufacturer should provide a clear warning in the instruction manual). 3.6 The pulverizer should have an overload protection device and a grounding mark. For small pulverizers used alone and not equipped with an electrical control box at the factory, the manufacturer should explain this in the instruction manual. 3.7 The pulverizer's housing and exposed parts should be designed to avoid sharp angles and edges that may cause injury. 3.8 The pulverizer should indicate the direction of rotation of the main shaft in a conspicuous position. 3.9 The electrical control box and the motor should have reliable grounding measures. For small pulverizers that are not equipped with a motor at the factory, the manufacturer should provide a clear warning in the instruction manual. 4 Manufacturing and acceptance requirements
4.1 The rotor of the pulverizer should be balanced according to the requirements of the SB/T10117 hammer mill standard. 285
NY 644--2002
4.2 The total mass difference of two groups of hammers facing each other in the radial direction of hammer mill shall not exceed 5g. The weight difference of the same group of flat teeth of claw type crusher shall meet the requirements of 3.4.2 of JB/T6270-1992. 4.3 All rotating parts shall rotate flexibly without jamming and collision. The hammers on the rotor shall be able to rotate freely around the pin under the action of their own weight.
4.4 The handle of the protective cover and the operating mechanism shall be painted with eye-catching paint that is different from the original color of the crusher. Dangerous places shall be marked according to the provisions of GB2893.
4.5 The dust concentration in the working area of the crusher shall not exceed 10mg/m2.4.6 The product label shall indicate at least the following contents: - Product name;
Standard number,
Product model;
Name of the manufacturing unit;
Matching power;
- Spindle speed;
Date of manufacture. www.bzxz.net
5 Instruction manual
5.1 The crusher manufacturer shall provide an instruction manual that can correctly guide users in installation, use, maintenance, etc. The instruction manual shall clearly specify the purpose of the crusher, including all instructions to ensure safe and correct installation, use and maintenance. Users should be required to use the crusher reasonably according to its instructions, and at the same time warn of the potential dangers of using the crusher in other incorrect ways instead of following the requirements in the instruction manual.
5.2 The operating instructions of the pulverizer should include: information about the pulverizer itself, such as:
Detailed description of the pulverizer and its protective devices and interlocking devices; the scope of use of the pulverizer;
Main technical parameters.
b) Information about the use of the pulverizer:
Installation conditions (see 6.3);
Instructions on the connection between the pulverizer and the power source (see 6.2), instructions on the safety of manual feeding (see 3.4.4); instructions for setting and adjustment (see 6.4), operating procedures, methods, precautions during startup and operation, and easy-to-occur erroneous operations and preventive measures (see 6.5, 6.6)
Disabled information.
c) Maintenance information: handling procedures when a fault occurs, simple fault analysis and troubleshooting methods. d) Detailed address, contact number, fax number, etc. of the manufacturer. 6 Usage requirements
6.1 Before use, the operator should carefully read the instruction manual, understand the structure of the pulverizer, and be familiar with its performance and operation methods. 6.2 The power must be selected according to the specifications on the crusher's label, and the spindle speed must not be increased at will. 6.3 The crusher's work area should be spacious, well ventilated, with sufficient space for retreat, and be equipped with reliable fire-fighting equipment. 6.4 Before starting the machine, adjustments and maintenance should be carried out in accordance with the instructions for use, and at the same time, check whether the fasteners are tightened. The machine can only be started when the safety of both man and machine is guaranteed, and it can only be fed after running it idle for 2 to 3 minutes. The suction system must be in normal working condition before feeding. 286
If any abnormal sound occurs during operation, the machine must be stopped immediately for inspection. It is strictly forbidden to troubleshoot while the crusher is still running. 6.5
After work is completed, the machine must run idle for 1 to 2 minutes, and it can only be stopped after all the materials inside the machine are discharged. 6.6
