This standard is a reorganization of QB/T1974-1994 "Hairdrying Liquid", QB/1860-1994 Shampoo Cream", and the following contents are summarized
The products are divided into shampoo and hair shampoo: The effective ingredients are set according to the adult and child labels respectively, except for the viscosity index, and the general label of the product is added. 5226.3 The use period of the general label of the consumer product shall be implemented in accordance with the State Technical Supervision Bureau [1995] No. 43 "Quantitative Packaged Commodity Metrology Supervision Regulations". This standard is issued by the Three Light Industry Joint Order. The National Flavor and Fragrance Cosmetics Standardization Technical Committee is responsible for it. The standard was drafted by Procter & Gamble (China) Co., Ltd., Unilever PLC, Hubei Xiebao Co., Ltd., Zhaoniu (China) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jahwa United Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Huasan Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are Huang Wan, Jiao Cengxing, Piling, Wen Ping, Qi Mizhou and Yao Jian. The previous versions of the standards replaced by this standard are: QB/T1974-1994: Q964-1985, QB/T1860-1993. From the date of implementation, this standard replaces the light industry standards QBT1974-1994 Shampoo Cream and QB/T1860-1993 Hair Cream issued by Beijing Light Industry. 1 Scope Shampoo (cream) QB/T1974-2004 This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, storage and recycling of shampoo (cream). Pour the test sample into two 20mm×120mm test tubes respectively, so that the liquid level should be about 10mm, and place the test tubes to be tested in a constant temperature incubator at (40+1)℃. Take them out after 24h, and restore the room temperature to the test sample in the other test tube.
