If there are less than 10 sections, they shall be calculated as one batch. 4.3 Inspection items 4.3.1 Each section of spun seamless aluminum billets shall be inspected for dimensional deviation, surface quality, and chemical composition. 4.3.2 Take any one section from each batch of spun seamless aluminum billets for macrostructure inspection. 4.4 Sampling position and number of samples 4.4.1 Two low-magnification tissue samples are randomly cut from the tail end of the spun seamless aluminum billet. 4.4.2 Chemical composition analysis samples are sampled in front of the furnace and cast test bars are used. 4.5 Dimension inspection position 4.5.1 When measuring the wall thickness of the spun seamless aluminum billet, take a position 20mm away from the two ends and measure the maximum and minimum values of the wall thickness in the circumferential direction. 4.5.2 When measuring the inner diameter of the spun seamless aluminum billet, take a position 200mm away from the two ends and measure the maximum and minimum values of the inner diameter. 4.6 Repeat inspection If one sample fails in each analysis and inspection result, take another double sample to repeat the test of the unqualified item. If there is still one sample that fails, each batch of aluminum billets will be inspected one by one. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 5.1 Marking The packaging marking of spun seamless aluminum sheets shall comply with the provisions of GB3199-82 "Packaging, marking, transportation and storage of aluminum and aluminum alloy processed products". 5.2 Packaging GB 8645-88 When spun seamless aluminum sheets are packaged, both ends are sealed with wooden boards, the inside of the sheets is supported by wooden frames, connected and fixed to each other, and the outside is wrapped with straw ropes or straw mats. 5.3 Transportation and storage The transportation and storage of spun seamless aluminum sheets shall comply with the provisions of GB3199-82. 5.4 Quality Certificate Each section of spun seamless aluminum cylinder shall be accompanied by a quality certificate, which shall indicate: a.
