Only the editorial modification was made to the standard, and the main technical content has not changed This standard replaces JB5110-94 from the date of implementation. Appendix A of this standard is a reminder appendix. This standard was proposed and assigned to the National Technical Committee for Tractor Standardization. The drafting unit of this standard: Luoyang Tractor Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard: Gu Ping, Lin Yuanrong. 1. Scope Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Tractor Reliability Design Review Method (Internal use) This standard specifies the tractor reliability design review method. JB/T51t03—2000 Replacement of JB/T51103—94 This standard applies to the reliability design review (scheme design review and overall design review, etc.) of new or improved tractor products. 12. Purpose of reliability design review 2. The purpose of reliability design review is to improve the design efficiency of products to achieve the greatest reliability and economy of products. 2.2 Reliability design review cannot replace the high-level review conducted for the implementation of the technical responsibility system, but is only an important supplement and supervision to its review. 3 Objectives of design review 3.1 Check the correctness of product reliability design, such as reliability index, reliability distribution and avoidance, stress analysis of key parts, materials, environmental requirements and tests, failure mode and its impact analysis and other reliability issues. 3.2 Evaluate whether the product design meets the requirements of the design task book or contract, standards, design specifications and relevant regulations on reliability: 3.3 Propose problems existing in product design 3.4 Review the development, test verification procedures and technical guarantee measures proposed to achieve the feasibility indicators required by the product. 3.5 Review the spare parts, tools and maintenance required for product use. 3.6 Review the feasibility of commercial product structure and manufacturing process and cost reduction. 4 Design Review Organization 4. Composition of Design Reviewers 4.1.1 The reliability design review team is composed of experts who are not directly involved in the design and have experience in various aspects. The review team is organized by the factory department in charge of the design project and generally consists of 7 to 15 people. There are 1 team leader and 1 secretary. The team leader is generally a product technical director or a senior designer, who should have a deep understanding of the design requirements of the product being reviewed. Usually, the team leader is a representative of the quality assurance department or the reliability management department, who is familiar with quality control, reliability design and management technology, and can assist the team leader in organizing and planning the review. The composition of the review team can generally be carried out according to Table A in Appendix A (Appendix A). 4.2 Tasks of the design review group 4.2.1 Analyze and review the design structure and potential disciplines separately, and discuss collectively the issues that are inconsistent in the summary. 4.2.2 Provide clear evaluation opinions and specific suggestions for improving the design on whether the design meets the requirements of the design task book or contract and relevant standards and design specifications. After the design review, a separate review report or suggestion must be written. National Efficiency Machinery Industry 2000-08-31 Approved 2000-12-01 Implementation Shared Design Rate Internal Customer JB/T 51103-2006 Reliability design review can be conducted twice according to the product design stage, namely, scheme design and final design review. $.! Scheme design review content Review the rationality and feasibility of the design scheme: table) Review the scheme design specification; h1 Review the product portability model. The reliability model should be derived from the functional data to the reliability network between each subsystem, providing a basis for the allocation of reliability indicators: ) Review the indicators specified in the product reliability in the design task book; d) Review the rationality of the reliability index allocation, convert the requirements for the whole machine into the requirements for each subsystem, analyze and balance, and provide a basis for reliability management; ) Analysis and evaluation of the main issues affecting reliability, including reliability, safety and maintainability:) Selection and planning control of common components, implementation of key outsourcing and purchased parts and process inheritance of manufactured parts: g) Reliability growth plan. 5, 7 Final design review content ) Prototype trial production report, including material and process defect analysis and technical improvement measures; b) Machine reliability test report: ) Failure mode and impact analysis of the prototype;) Fault tree analysis of the prototype: . ) Product reliability growth summary and pre-production prototype reliability assessment: f) Product reliability technical guarantee plan, including mass production quality control requirements, key parts outsourcing, and external parts quality control requirements: f) Product design drawings and technical documents, including product reliability design calculation data. 6 Reliability design review process Design review includes four stages: preparation, pre-review, review meeting, and tracking rate. 6. [Design review preparation stage a) Write a reliability design analysis report: b) Propose review points: ) Organize reliability review: d) List the review activity plan and clarify the division of labor: ) Develop a checklist. The main contents of the reliability checklist can be found in Table 2 of Appendix A. %. 2 The pre-review work shall be carried out by the review team members according to the division of labor and responsibilities according to the checklist. The problems found during the review shall be recorded. After the review team discusses the problems found during the pre-review, they shall be reported to the chief designer. 6.3 The review meeting shall be conducted according to the following procedures: a) The chief designer shall make a design quality analysis report; b) The review team shall raise and discuss any doubtful or divergent issues; c) Study and discuss the review results, and draft a report on the review results or a construction document. 6.4 If the design does not meet the reliability requirements after review, the design shall be redesigned and the design review shall be organized again. For the issues raised in the design review, countermeasures shall be formulated and implemented within a time limit, and the quality improvement and assurance department and the reliability management department shall be responsible for tracking and overseeing. 7 Reliability design data 7.1 Before the reliability design review, the design team shall submit at least the following documents: a) Design basis, objectives and achieved level; b) The main features of the design and improvement instructions; c) Reliability analysis and test report of the stage research; d) Analysis and countermeasures for important issues and deficiencies; d) Submit the reviewed design and test data and relevant original data; f) Reliability design analysis conclusion. 7.2 Reliability design review report should include: 1) Review team list and division of labor: b? Design objectives and achieved levels: 2) Review items and inspection results: ! Review conclusions of key issues; 3) Review comments and recommendations: 4) Memorandum of different opinions, bzxZ.net JB/T51103-2000 (suggested appendix) Reliability review report should include: b? ...
