GB/T 3615—1999 Foreword This standard is a revision of (GJ3/Ⅱ3615-1983 "Aluminum foil for electrolytic capacitors". The alloy grades and states are expressed in accordance with the new national standard GB/T16474-1996 "Deformed aluminum and aluminum alloy grades" and GB/T16475-1996 "Deformed aluminum and aluminum alloy state substitutes". Compared with the previous version, this version has major changes in the following contents: the addition of a foreword, reference standards, scope, and contract content. In the product variety classification: Added 1070A, 1A95, 3003 alloy grades. The original 1.T75 grade was cancelled. In the technical requirements: Thickness and width allowable deviations are tightened. Indicates Gold-containing purposes. --Added typical outer diameter content ---Added inspections for pinholes and adhesion rates. The thickness range is adjusted most appropriately. ---The allowable deviation of the core length is relaxed. ---The repeated tests of mechanical properties and mechanical properties are cancelled. This standard was proposed by the State Bureau of Nonferrous Metals Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Standard Metrology and Quality Research Institute. The main drafting unit of this standard: Northeast Light Alloy Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard: Chen Xingli and Huang Yongqing. 486 1 Scope National Standard of the People's Republic of China Aluminum foil for electrolytic capacitors Aluminum foil for clcctrolytic capacitor51999 GB/T 3615 Replaces GB3/T36151983 This standard specifies the content, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging of aluminum foil for electrolytic capacitors.
